Summary: Love this camera -- so easy! Wish I'd gone digital sooner!
Review: I've had this camera a week or so and love it. It is truly easy to use -- I (almost) didn't have to read the instructions for either the camera or the docking station, and there's a "quick start" set of instructions that answers all the basics. The camera is great; I already have some super pics. The software is really easy to use, too, and it has excellent editing features.I would buy this one again in a minute.

Summary: First Time Digital Camera User? Stop and check this one out!
Review: If you've gone to all the stores, searched the web, read the rating and you're still confused. Stop! This is the camera for you. I had no idea what I was getting into when I first decided to research digital camera's. There's so many choices, that after a while, I just wanted to throw in the towel. Then came along the Kodak EasyShare DX4330 Zoom Digital Camera with the optional Camera Dock II. This camera is terrific. I had no experience with a digital camera, but this system makes me feel like a pro. After the sales person showed me every in and out of the camera, I knew it was the one for me. I never felt apprehensive or buyers remorse about buying it either. The features are cut and dry and the user's guide is written in layperson's terms. It doesn't hurt that it's part of the Kodak EasyShare Series, which has been rated as a Consumer Reports Besy Buy. My only suggestion is that you purchase an additional rechargeable battery pack (approx. $...). All digital camera's eat battery power and having an extra pack handy is a good safe guard against unexpected problems. I also purchased the Camera Dock II. It not only works as the downloading tool, but as a recharging dock for recharging the batteries. With one push of a button, your pictures are downloaded to the EasyShare software package and you can start sharing your pictures with family and friends immediately. It doesn't take up much space and if you wanted to take it with you on vacation, just pack it in your suitcase and plug it in at the hotel for easy recharging. I'm very happy that I choose this camera. Every picture that I've taken have been wonderful, even the night time shots. I was worried that the camera wouldn't pick up dark shots, but it has gone above and beyone my expectations. If you're going to invest in something worth while, go for it! I have no regrets about the price or performance.

Summary: Good Camera - software?
Review: Just had it a few days, great camera ... many useful features.
High quality photos, can shoot in many kinds of lighting. Easy to use. The software is easy and does everything for you, but has no easy way to opt out of its default file locations. The photo editting software is pretty basic. Other software such as GIMP for windows is available free that will do much more comprehensive editting.

Review: Terrific to use--easy to set-up, intuitive, and great design. The docking station is wonderful--immediately begins charging the batteries and is so easy for file transfers. Great quality images as well.

Summary: Exceeds expectations
Review: This camera is easy to use, very intuitive, as well as having simple to understand directions. The pictures are incredibly pure in color. One is able to zoom in on a downloaded picture until you can nearly see someones pores w/out losing sharpness and clarity. The short audio/video mode is lots of fun and as simple as taking a picture. I love having a viewfinder and an image viewer, it really meets unsuspected needs.

Summary: Just bought this camera
Review: This camera seems to deliver good quality pictures, however the LCD screen image has very poor resolution so you cannot tell if you got a good picture or not. I am on the fence about keeping it. By the way, the first one I bought would not download to the computer. After spending a few hours on the phone with customer service I decided to just excange it for a new one. The new one works fine.

Review: This is a great camera. Good Pics. Extremely easy to set up and use - and I'm not that camera or PC savy! We really enjoy this camera! If you don't have a digital camera yet - this is definetly the way to go! You will never be sorry you bought it!

Summary: Beware extra memory
Review: This is a wonderful camera with an excellent features to price ratio. However, I gave it only four stars because of the problem when reading SD memory cards of other manufacturers. The camera incorrectly tells me that it can only store about 49 pictures on a 64MB SD card (should store up to 65 photos according to the manual). The people at Kodak say that there may be a problem with the card? - however, when the same card is put into a different camera it registers correctly?
Apart from that gripe a very capable camera with good battery life from Ni-MH rechargeables.

Review: This is my first digital camera. I am extremely impressed how easy it is to use. Pictures are fantastic. No problems with software and Windows XP. Downloads easily. Suggest that you purchase camera case. Simply just a great buy!

Review: What a super camera. The pictures are incredibly clear and look perfect even when blown up to 8 1/2 by 11. It is also easy to use. I too recommend the rechargeable batteries. Wonderful value for the money. Thankyou Kodak!
