Review: This is not my first MP3,I have used a RCA kazaa for several years now with good results but wanted to add more memory and an fm tuner. I had high hopes for this trekstor music, but am very displeased, when I first received it. This thing looks so cheap its a pity, the software was horrible, plus after calling several times for assistance all I got was some foreigner who could barely talk english. He gave me an e-mail to send my ques. to, I never received anything after a week. This gadget was flimsy and of poor quality, so i've sent it back in exchange for another and hope i get a better quality and service.........
