Summary: DO NOT BUY
Review: After a whole bunch of emails to tech support to figure out how to get my music on the mp3 player, it worked fine... and i was happy... or so i thought.... the battery life is more like 4 hours per battery, and 31 days after i bought this, it broke.... it won't work, and after a week of emailing tech support, i still have yet to receive a response... and amazon.com will not accept a return on this product because it was more than 30 days... DO NOT BUY THIS!!! It's a waste of money. find something better

Summary: Solid MP3 Player for the Price
Review: Excellent Item. I use mine while working out and walking to my classes. It is absolutely ideal. It was very easy to add and delete files. The only downfall of the 256mb iTouch is the headphones. I HIGHLY recommend buying a seperate pair because the factory ones will make your music sound terrible! The player itself rates right up there with my IPOD.

Summary: i love it!
Review: I got the iClick a couple weeks ago and I absolutly love it. I never read the instruction manual, I just played with it and I haven't had any problems. It is constantly in use and the absence of the shuffle feature doesn't so much bother me. I change the songs on the player daily in the matter of minutes. The sound is great, much better than i expected, the size is perfect. I like the length of the lanyard because during a workout I don't have to hold onto the mp3 player, I can just let it hang without it getting in the way of anything and without fear of anything becoming unplugged or the headphones coming out of my ears; and I have easy access if I need to change anything. Overall, I am extremely satisfied on all levels with the little machine.

Summary: Buy at your own risk
Review: I strongly DONNOT recommend this manufacturer. The worst customer service I've seen in the web by iclick. After 2 moths of wait to get the replacement of my brand new, non-operating iclick 256 MB mp3 player, I received one of a lesser quality.

Summary: Maybe defective? but I am not sure
Review: I would have really liked this item except when I was playing the music, the singers were loud and clear in my left ear, and quiet on the right. However, the band played in both ears. I used the right file types so I am not sure if it was just the quality of the product or a defect. Unfortunately I put down quality so I think I won't be getting a full refund instead of defect which I know think I should have put. Anyone else have this problem?

Summary: It's playing right now!
Review: I've been bragging to friends about my new iClick that I bought here at Amazon. It's perfect for what I need. 256mb is a lot for me: there are currently 112 songs on my iClick right now (and I don't listen to all of them either!). It's small and compact--definitely great for workouts which is why I was looking for an MP3 player. It's extremely easy to use! The only complaint that I do have about it, the purchase, is that the package didn't come with a manual on how to operate the iClick (i.e. what buttons do what). Oh, and the battery doesn't actually last as long as they mentioned (12 hours?). It might last that long if you turn off the light feature of the screen. All in all, this is a great buy. Unfortunately, I see that they've discontinued stocking them. The price was outrageously reasonable. I'm glad I got it when I did.

Summary: Good 256MB player
Review: The Iclick 256MB is a good mp3 player for the price it is sold at. Features wise, it has a lcd screen, which tells you whether your in mp3 or wma mode [pretty useless but oh well], the artist and the name of the song(which scroll while ur listening to the song), and of course the time and battery life. It also records voice which is a nice feature for a player in this price range. The included headphones are pretty good in terms of sound quality, but they are designed weird, and you have to put a loop over you neck in order to use them. Overall a very good player.

Summary: Best customer service I've ever had
Review: This has nothing to do with the mp3 player I bought but about the headphones that I lost for it. I had purchased the iClick mp3 from Amazon a month or so ago. I ended up losing the headphones so i called iClick's customer support number to see about ordering some more. I figured they would charge me and was willing to pay whatever it was, within reason, for a replacement. To my amazement they said they would send me another set for free! Actually, not 100% for free...and this was the different part. They told me that for lost CD's, manuals, USB cables, headphones, etc, they don't resell them to customers but ask the customers to make a small $3.50 donation to the United Way. So I mailed iClick a check made out to the United Way and a couple days later I received my new headphones. I think it's a great way to raise money for a good cause AND take care of your customers. Way to go, iClick. I am truly impressed with your service.

Summary: If you have a Mac, don't bother with this player
Review: This player worked poorly out of the box and has some kind of glitch in reading MP3 files. The support that came with the player had zero Mac info, ie user's manual, how to quickstart, etc. The website also has very limited Mac info. I had to call tech support to get them to send a PDF file of a users manual. The tech support staff may know a lot about PCs, but know diddly about Macs. This isn't a crime in and of itself, but if you are going to advertise a product as Mac compatible, it should be supported. They claim that they will have their Mac act together in a month or so, but what does the purchaser do in the meantime? Again, stay away from this one. I will be returning mine very soon!
