Review: Great sub (when you consider the price, it's an AWESOME sub). Only complaint is the loud POP it makes in the AUTO setting when shutting down the amp. I just leave it in the ON position, but the power savings would be nice.

Review: Other reviewers are correct - the auto shutoff pop is *really*
annoying. I actually returned mine for service to see about getting it fixed. I got a different speaker back, with a longer
auto shutoff time. Another problem with this subwoofer is that it is for movies, not tight accurate bass as a substitute for good speakers. I guess for that you should move up to the Newton series.
