Summary: Excellent addition to an entry level home theater!
Review: This is a great addition to anyone who wants to stick with a 2 speaker system. It adds the right amount of bass to make you feel like you're at the movies. Plus, it really gets "jumping" when you play your cd's. It isn't as tight or clear as higher end models but it is easily the biggest bang for your buck.

Summary: Little woffer rocks
Review: This is a great subwoffer. It delivers clear, precise, and loud bass. Additionally, let it be known that this subwoffer is used in a small room, so if you have a large room look for a larger subwoffer. Also, I have been using the product for six months and under heavy use. I.E. Home theatre, and deep bass music.

Summary: Low Cost, Big Sound, Versatile applications
Review: This is a perfect addition to my computer sound system. I have Bose self-powered outdoor\bookshelf speakers and this subwoofer is a GREAT match. I've used the mini headphone jack to RCA route from a mini headphone jack splitter at the computer which enables me to simply unplug it and add it to my home stereo headphone output jack. I was initially going to purchase the KLH 80 100 watt subwoofer but couldn't get anyone to support the configuration of using the headphone jack with the unit....so I bought this one and I'm very glad I did. Not only did I save 60 or so dollars, but the base out of this notsolittle,(look at the specs.), subwoofer is way more than I need for a fuller low end, and so, I keep the volume control very low. Bravo to KLH for making a very well built and affordable subwoofer that fills a greatly needed void out there!!

Summary: Perfect for small pad
Review: This is my first sub-woofer so I don't have a lot of techno back ground. But if you live in a one bedroom apt., or have a small room, this is perfect. I watched Saving Private Ryan with and without the sub-woofer on. What an amazing difference!. Definitely make sure you have a center speaker or you won't hear any dialogue. I don't have true surround sound, but the simulated sound is excellent. Make your movies (DVDs) more fun and invest in this little power house!

Summary: Descent, but hey, I guess you get what you pay for, huh?
Review: This klh woofer added a little kick to my aiwa sound system, very little. not only is this sub not that powerful, but it can not handle very low frequency. this sub also has trouble on fast bass lines and gets very sloppy. but if your just looking for a dirt cheap sub then i guess this is what you're going to get, so by all means.

Summary: Too quiet.
Review: This was the cheapest sub woofer I could find, and it is a fine value for what I paid, but I was hopeing that I was getting a deal.

You are getting what you paid for, a little bit of bass added to your system. You will not be finding out that you got a bargian. You will not be finding out that at half volume it is as loud as you can handle. It'll be a very minor, but noticable improvement to your entertainment setup.
