Summary: Waterproof?
Review: I put a floatation strap on these binoculars and placed them in fresh water for perhaps 30 seconds to test for bouyancy. I then packed them for a western trip that included a five day float trip. When I unpacked them one tube was completely obscured with water droplets. Within a half hour in the sun the other tube was fogged beyond use.
