Summary: unreliable product--horrendous customer service
Review: I already had a nice pair of binculars, but I wanted a water-proof pair for a bird watching trip to the Amazon. I decided on the Swift 820. The trip was ruined when they fogged up. They were exposed to humidity but not rain (it was the dry season). Since I was at a very remote location, the only possible way to salvage the trip was to try to remove the water. I broke the binoculars in the process. I told Swift the entire story. They told me that the binoculars were obviously defective and agreed to send me a new pair, but they changed their mind after I sent my binoculars to them. What kind of company won't stand behind a defective product that ruins a once-in-a-lifetime trip for a customer?
