Rating: Summary: A Must-buy for great TV Review: Skeptical at first, I bought these cables for a new Sony HDTV I bought a few weeks ago. To my delight and surprise, these cables showed an immediate improvement in color and detail!! I also got the Monster 2-gigahertz splitter (most of us are supplied with the 1-ghz format from the cable companies), but it was attached to an old cable from a major electronics chain. Didn't see much difference till these Monster cables arrived and were installed. Very noticeable now. In keeping with trying to get the best picture quality, I bought the Monster Powercenter surge protector, to protect against power surges (with all this expensive equipment, may as well protect it). It claims to have a filter in it to screen out video noise. I can't see much difference, but the extra protection against blackouts, make it a really worthwhile investment. In general, these cables are a must-buy for people upgrading to HDTV or who just want the best visuals!!!
