Review: Bought this for myself Xmas 2003.Everything works well,I already had small wall speakers mounted,so wired the system to them.Now if only I could also use the original speakers!.Sound from the CD is the best of the four components,but sound from the rest isn't bad,all in all,pretty good for the price...

Review: Bought this in October 2003 - CD player already doesn't work! Have e-mailed the company but have not received a response as yet..will update this if I do but it is very frustrating having something for 3 1/2 months and it not working already!!! I won't buy GPX again. Well I just heard from GPX - I am over the 90 day warranty (by 10 days) so they told me to take it to a local repair shop. I am sure it would not be worth the expense to have it fixed. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review: I loved this system. I asked for it and actually got it for my big Xmas present. I plugged it all in and got everything set up-including the set radio stations. I listened to the turntable...perfect. Radio stations...nice and clear. Cds...never worked. I read the manual over and over, but something was wrong with it! Nothing ever showed up on the screen when I put a CD in. So, we went to exchange it, but they've stopped making it. It broke my heart! If it had worked, I would have been so happy!

Summary: Pretty Good System
Review: I ordered this system at the end of January and so far nothing has gone wrong with it. Everything works great. CD player is a little slow on start up, but I've had no problems actually playing a CD. The only thing I wish was better is the sound quality. Doesn't seem to have much bass to it...sounds almost tin like. But there is an option for a subwoofer so I might look into that. All in all I think its a good product for the price, especially since you get everything all in one.

Review: So excited about this item. Everything in one unit is great. All would be perfect but for an audible hiss or static which is present even when nothing is actually playing. You can hear it when the cd is playing as well. The noise blends in with radio, tape, and record playing to become part of the background noise. When I hit the mute button, you hear the hiss. When the music is low, the hissing overwhelmes the music. If you are going deaf, you may not notice the hiss. I am not deaf, and I returned it. I don't know what I am going to do to replace the system. I was really excited about it.

Review: Tape deck did not work on arrival, sound for other components thin and tinny. Terrible product. Do not waste your money.
