The Sharp AQUOS LC-15PX1U isn't just an LCD TV--it's also a digital photo viewer, digital audio and video player, personal video recorder, and home entertainment network hub. Based on Sharp's AQUOS line of liquid crystal displays, the LC-15PX1U features two built-in Type II PC Card slots that can run simultaneously and allow for a variety of digital entertainment options.

Inserting a 5 GB Personal Video Recorder (PVR) card into one of the slots lets you record up to four hours of television. The card features onscreen guides to help with recording, plus fast forward and rewind features. You can also insert your camera's memory card to view digital photos on the television, or MP3 or WMA-formatted cards to listen to digital audio. And with the built-in wireless networking capability, you can send and receive photo or music files from any other networked PC in your home using compatible Wi-Fi cards. There are also built-in games, and a microphone so family members can record messages or reminders for each other.

The built-in speakers add more to the size of sound that the size of the TV--the LC-15PX1U is barely 3 inches deep and can be wall-mounted or placed on a tabletop using the included stand. It features a black TFT low-reflection coating for high-quality brightness and contrast, wide viewing angles, and a 4:3 aspect ratio. The LC-15PX1U is outfitted with extensive input/output jacks.
