Summary: Not impressed with 900MHz
Review: Bought a pair similar to this and also had terrible trouble with static and cutout. Eventually went with a 'wired' headphone. Not as convenient but I just haven't found a wireless that provides consistent, satisfactory sound.

Summary: Decent headphones plauged with a few big flaws.
Review: For a long time I thought these were really good headphones but I eventually got sick of them because they wore out the batteries too fast. That was the only really big flaw. When the batteries were new the headphones sounded clear and sharp but only a week or two later they needed new batteries. These are like the Sega Game Gear of headphones. In other words they are battery hogs.Like I mentioned before I got sick of them for this reason and not having very much money I bought a 30 dollar pair of Sony headphones that werent wireless. I was glad I bought those. They dont take batteries and the sound is just as clear with plenty of bass.Plus convenient volume control. Those were a true bargain over these ones.I say stick with the wired ones they stay in focus and dont require batteries and if you get good ones like I did youll be much happier. Thanks for the time.

Summary: SO-SO
Review: I HAVE NOT RETURNED THIS UNIT YET. BUT AM THINKING ABOUT IT AND HERE IS WHY..WHEN I PLUGGED IN THE CABLES TO THE BACK OF THE REMOTE BOX THEY DID NOT SEAT TIGHTLY..THEREFORE THE SOUND CUTS IN AND OUT IF I MOVE THE BOX IN ANY WAY..I DON'T THINK THIS IS GOOD..HOWEVER, I FIND THE SOUND ACCEPTABLE TO MY EAR...

Summary: These are Great!
Review: I just got these as a Christmas present. I was in the beginning going to return them due to problems with cutting out and lack of stereo sound. However, I just received a brand new pc to hook them up to. The only problem I have with cutting out is at 100 ft. They are great. One of the best presents I received this year!

Summary: Disappoined
Review: I purchased a pair of these, and returned then within two days. The sound seemed poor, and I received some static even after changing channels. I suppose its possible I had a bad unit, but I didn't bother exchanging them for another.

Summary: It depends on how you use them.
Review: I purchased these headphones 3 days ago and had a mixed experience. I was hoping to connect them to my AV system to be able to listen to both my television and my CD player. The results with the CD player were horrible. Even in the same room, one channel would drop out, then come back depending how I held my head. If I raised my arm, I would lose a channel. These headphones don't appear to be ready for CD players yet.

On the other hand, when I use them to listen to my television, the result is satisfactory. I suspect the same drop outs exist, but they are not nearly as noticable with dialog as they are with music. Since I primarily bought them to listen to the TV, I plan to keep them. The sound isn't as good as wired headphones, but they work well enough throughout my house.

Summary: Flawed design, plagued by cutouts and power reqs
Review: I returned these to Amazon. I was looking for a pair with good sound specs and these appeared to fill the bill. However, in practice, there were three major problems: (1) an 80W amp had to be cranked up all the way to power reasonable listening levels, which is bad for the amp, (2) there were frequent cutouts even within 15 feet and direct line of site, (3) the head fit was poor. I'm very disappointed with Sony for releasing this product with such major (and discoverable) flaws.

Summary: Poor Design
Review: I've had a set of these phones for a month now. The design appeared to be just what I needed for exercising and listening to the TV. But the phones perform very poorly. Audio begins cutting in and out when ever I'm greater than 10 feet away from the transmitter or when ever line of sight is broken. Shame on Sony for putting such a lame product in the market. Mine are going back as soon as I find a phone line to Sony that someone will answer.

Summary: Headphones with great bass.
Review: If you crank the bass boost all the way up on most headphones it sounds too rumbly but when you do that on these it sounds perfect. The only problem I have with them is that the only batteries I can use for these are Energizer and every other battery type I tried wore out of steam in 1 or 2 months but thats a very minor complaint. One of the best things about these is that theyre not too loud. You can crank them up and they dont sound painful.

Summary: Not all that good.
Review: If youre someone who loves loud music like me,I think you would be much better off saving up for Optimus's 100 dollar wired headphones.Tons of albums and cds sound great on the Optimus ones such as Metallica's Kill Em All, Black Sabbath Mob Rules, Prince's Purple Rain,Nirvana's Nevermind, etc. The volume is much better on Optimus you dont have to worry about batteries because they need none. So if you love great loud music your best bet is to save up all your spending money in a stapled envelope until you have enough money for Optimus. Optimus is king when it comes to headphones.
