Summary: Good sound, but hurts my ears.
Review: After wearing these headphones for 30 minutes, my ears begin to hurt. I'm not sure if I'm wearing them wrongly, but these headphones press my ears against my head.

Because these are closed ear headphones, you should expect the discomfort normally associated with wearing headphones for an extended period of time. So, it's a good idea to remove the headphones every so often. However, discomfort shouldn't include causing my ears to hurt.

The sound is pretty good for the price. I wouldn't say it's great; my Harmon Kardon speakers are better. I use these headphones to listen to audio when my roommate is in the room.

These headphones come with a volume control as part of the cord. I don't use the mute button because you have to hold it down, but I just turn the volume all the way down if I need to.

Countless times I've dropped the headphones, banged it, yanked it when the cable was caught on something, but the headphones still work. The 2 meter cable is nice and long, longer than the usual 2-5 feet you usually get. My final recommendation: if you're looking for cheap cheap headphones with good audio, get these, but don't wear them for extened periods of time.

Review: I am so happy that I purchased this pair of headphones! I have never owned anything but the dinky 5 dollar ones before, and was sick of having constantly aching ears from the poor sound quality, as well as cheap parts rubbing against sensitive ear bits. These 'phones have changed everything. Here's the good stuff: *They have rich, deep sound, and block out or muffle outside noise. *Super-comfortable! They hug around your ears rather than pressing against them. *Little to no distortion at high volume levels. *Big bass - I have tested these guys with some of the bassiest techno I could find, and it performed exceedingly well. *The extra-long cord, with the mute and volume control within easy reach, are very convenient.

Now the bad points: * They are big, and they are clunky. * If you are in a hot room, they will make you sweatier because they cover so much skin. Also, people who are claustophic about things around their heads or faces will find this uncomfortable, and are probably better off getting a much smaller set of phones. * Treble could use a little bit of work. Very heavy bass at very high volume will drown out the treble, which makes listening annoying. However, if you are listening on a device that has equalizer control, you can probably adjust it to a more comfortable level. Also, this probably won't even come up unless you are listening to some heavy techno, etc. *They are heavy and tend to want to slip off your hair while you wearing them. No head-banging with these puppies on! ; )

But man, they are so comfortable! The sound is very nice; much nicer than I expected for the price. If you are looking for a comfy pair of heradphones that will allow you to really *enjoy* your music, try these on for size. Enjoy!

Summary: Mediocre headphones
Review: Although these headphones work well as far as headphones go, they are more cumbersome than comparable varieties and they have an extraordinarily long cord, making storage and even usage very difficult. Additionally, one of the adjustment rods broke soon after purchase, making wear fairly uncomfortable.

Summary: Big Sound At A Small Price
Review: The Jensen JF25 Headphones are very well designed. This headphones fits you very well, with the help of the self-adjusting headband. It will adjust to your head and will fit right on your ears. You will also notice that they feel lightweight but yet solid and very comfortable. With people saying that it hurt your ears after wearing them for a long period of time, I find it to be very comfortable still.

The volume control is very convenient and the mute button is a nice addition. The only thing I don't like about this headphone is that you have to press and hold down the mute button for it to work. It's kind of point less when there's already a volume control button. The volume control knob is very well designed, IMHO. The JF25 headphones have a single cord design, reducing tangling and knotting. Jensen also provides a lifetime warranty. A 1/4" adapter is also included.

These headphones provides a good full-range sound and a powerful but yet clear bass. When you turn up the volume, the sounds doesn't crack and are still crisp and clear. Overall, the sound quality is very good for the price.

The Jensen JF25 Headphones are very comfortable and the sound quality is very good. The control on the headphones gives you quick access to volume and mute button. If you are on a budget and want the best value for your money then I would highly recommend this headphones. They are worth your money and more.

Summary: The best for the money
Review: I got these to replace a pair of the same style that I wore out. The coverings on the ear pads just wore away, because I wear them while I work.

Those replaced a $... set of headphones, and I never noticed any sound difference, whether on classical or screaming rock. I did notice the 'phones were much tougher (the $... set sort of fell apart in my hands one day) and the "trackball" (actually a roller) easier to use. I also like the Mute button to check if I heard something without pulling the 'phones off.

Yeah, I'd like the earcups to be larger so they rest around my ears, not pressing on the edges, because I do wear them for four hours at a time. Most people don't. And for the difference in price between this and the $450 ones, I can buy a lot of CDs! The band over the head, because of the suspension system, is extremely comfortable. When you're wearing them, they look like -- a pair of sound-sealing headphones. Nothing strange about them. They just don't disappear like earbuds or some lightweight disc job that lets the outside noise stream in and bruises your ears fiercely.

Buy 'em! You'll like 'em.

Summary: Good product, a little tight around my big ears though.
Review: These are the best headphones i have ever owned, the bass is excellent, the amount of sound it blocks out is just right, but they just dont fit around my ears too well. After over an hour of use, i have to take them off for my ears the breath before i put them back on as it gets quite hot and hurty on my ears. Other than this they are absolutely perfect.

Summary: they sound as cheap as they are
Review: I couldn't tell whether the phones were any good because the housing made the headphones sound like I was listening inside a cardboard box. Hollow, terrible sound. I don't mean terrible compared to top quality headphones, I mean terrible compared to what you get with your average Walkman!

Summary: Garbage sound quality get what you pay for.
Review: I had a pair of Jensen headphones that were similar to these that got worn out and broke on the side (wish I remembered the model # but they're long gone in the trash) so I thought i'd get another pair of Jensens because the others sounded great. Boy was I wrong, these headphones sound like complete garbage, the treble is horrible, the bass is horrible, everything, these are worse than the trashy earbud style headphones I got with my mp3 player. Pay a few extra bucks and buy something else because you'll end up trashing these and getting something else anyway like I did.

Summary: Great deal
Review: I've purchased these same headphones before.... They sound and feel great. My only complaint is that you have to be pretty careful with them. I've broken three pairs in the past several years. I am a bit clumsy, though. :)
