Rating: Summary: Excellent For The Price Review: Although these headphones are not perfect they are pretty close and this is considering that they are only $.... I bought these dispite the reviews saying that these hurt your ears alot. When I recieved them I used them for about 4 hours on a trip to Connecticutand I didn't have any problems with them hurting my ears and i have a fairly large head. The styling on these is also very good because they go behind your head instead of on top like traditional headphones. Although these are not to the quality of studio headphones, they are a great value and I would reccomend them to anyone who needs a good pair of portable headphones.

Rating: Summary: Great for the price! Review: For half the price of a designer keychain, you can get these amazing headphones! They came with my Sony CD player, also an awesome buy. I was instantly satisfied! The acoustics made me feel like I was enveloped in sound, no matter how old the music was or how ancient the recording equipment was. They wrap arond your ear and never slip, get stuck in your hair, or slide off your face, making them perfect for listening to during sports. This product is not without cons, of course, and after almost a year of heavy use and tugging, the wire is finally somewhat detached, playing warped noises in place of some layers of the songs, like their vocals. Also, the rubber pieces pinch your ears noticeably after hours of use. Lastly, their foam bits come off, though this does not subtract for the sound quality. Overall, this product still deserves five stars, both because customers should not be deterred by exaggerated poor reviews or quips about this product. These headphones are the best that your twenty can buy, rivaling much more expensive models.
Rating: Summary: Doesn't do the job for me Review: I bought these headphones to make running with my ipod a little easier. (ipod in fannypack carrier is really nice and easy to run with) Phones do not fit my head and, consequently bounce around and the sound level is not very good requiring the volume to be turned way up when compaired to the ipod earbuds. Not a good solution for runners.
Rating: Summary: sound is not really all that great, and THEY HURT Review: I have these and I dont wear them much. They sound like the headphones that come with cd players, and thats not good. Also these hurt after wearing them for awhile, and they REALLY HURT WHEN YOU WEAR GLASSES, and I wear glasses. The only good thing is they look cool. Dont buy these, buy somethng that goes in your ear.
Rating: Summary: sound good but crap Review: I have to buy a new pair every 6 months. I like these headphones for the fact that there cheap and sound decent. Its true these do cause your ears to hurt if you wear them to long, and if you fall alseep with them on, forget it. The one time I did it, I had pain in my ears the whole next day. And as I said befor I have to buy these often from poor design, this time I am going to spend the extra money and get a good pair that will last a couple years instead of spending the same amount of money replacing these.
Rating: Summary: A pain in the ear Review: I purchased these headphones because I needed a cheap, silent alternative to my computer speakers. These headphones looked like they had quality and they did sound alright. My problem with these headphones is that after a few hours of gaming while wearing these, my ears would become extremely sore, almost as if I had hung a huge weight on my ears. It kind of felt like someone was trying to tear my ears off after two hours or so. When headphones become this uncomfortable, they become very noticeable. When they get this noticeable, they are more of a pain than a joy to use, literaly. The price for looking cool with these "street style" headphones is not only whatever you pay for them, but also excrutiating pain comming from the tops of your ears.

Rating: Summary: great... Review: I'm guessing that the people that gave these headphones aren't in highschool? I am in highschool and these are great. of course, Im not too sure about how you guys are saying they are hurtfull, I wear them all day and they feel fine.
They are perfect to hide behind hair if your hair is longenough, perfect for listing to music in class.
Seriously the best headphones out there, if not used for home use.
Rating: Summary: Good Headphones Review: The MDR-G52LP are good headphones. The sound quality is great and it doesn't mess your hair up. The only small problem with it is it begins to hurt a bit if you have it on for a long time. I just take it off for like 5 minutes and it feels fine again.
