Rating: Summary: Lightweight, great sound, but a little tight. Review: These headphones produce excellent sound. I began to hear things in my music that I had not heard before, and I found that to be greatly satisfying. The bass is a bit heavy, but nothing unbearable. The only complaint I have is that the headphones are a bit tight on my head. This doesn't impact me right away, but after a couple of hours, my ears are sore from the pressure, and are very sensitive; however, most headphones have this problem unless they can be altered for fit, but most do not.For $40 or so, these are great. They block out light ambient noises, and have very good sound quality.
Rating: Summary: Incredible headphones! Review: What a steal! All that performance and style for a very reasonable cost. The sound is unlike anything I've experienced with headphones. Crystal clear sound and great bass. Now I'm gonna listen to all my cds again. Gonna take a while...
Rating: Summary: Very nice & a great price Review: What more can I say??? They sound great, they are comfortable to where, good construction and the cord included is the right length... in short they are really nice headphones.
Rating: Summary: Excellent headphones! Review: Wow, when Sennheiser said the HD-212 were tuned for bass they weren't kidding. The overall soundstage is VERY OPEN and the BASS is deep and tight. I am a high end audio nut and now I find myself listening to these on my laptop more : / I honestly did not expect this kind of sound from headphones in this price range. I should also add that they are very comfortable and fit perfectly over my ears. I can listen to them for hours (and I do!) and not experience any fatigue. Another thing that is real nice about the HD-212 is you don't disturb anyone else in the room when using them. I highly recommend the HD-212. Easily the best value in the Sennheiser line, especially looking at the ungodly prices on their higher end models.
