Summary: Excellent Small Headphones
Review: The Sennheiser PX-200 Headphones are wonderful sounding, compact, comfortable headphones, and have found them excellent for all music I listen to. Since I listen to everything from Classical, Jazz, Classic Punk, Grunge, Heavy Metal, Rock, Heavy Techno, and World Music, this is saying something.On the plus side: Excellent range and dynamics, fast, accurate highs, and deep bass. In passages where the bass is very low, I can really feel the bass in the temples, which is surprising given the smallness of these phones. They fold down very small, and come with a nice hard plastic case, which protects them as I carry them to and from work in my soft briefcase. The case is a little smaller than a paperback book. These phones have also allowed me to hear parts of music that I have only been able to hear using my Sennheiser HD-500A (Circumaural, Open back, with a dynamic range of 50-32Khz) headphones. On the minus side: The cord is relatively short, and several times I have accidentally turned my chair and unplugged the cord from my CD player while working at my desk. The headphones DO need a break-in period, and the bass will become deeper after some hours of playing. One other important note: although these are not noise cancellation headphones, they do block out a lot of the exterior sound. They block more sound than any other other compact headphones I have listened to, and are closer to a closed back headphone in sound blockage than an open back headphone. They block more outside sound than my Sennheiser HD-500A full size open back phones. Summation: For $50, you are probably not going to find a better sounding pair of compact headphones. If the cord were longer, I would rate these 5 out of 5.

Summary: Great headphones, break easily
Review: The sound is great on thse guys, in the four months I had, everything sounded fine. Bass was great, sound dampener, the works. However, if your looking for headphones to stand the test of time, this is not the pair. At one point I was contemplating duct tape becuase it was ready to fall apart. If, however, you are careful with these, they should please ya. If you want something rugged, look around...

Summary: Great all around
Review: The sound is perfect so I won't go into that. One flaw: after an hour or so of use, I noticed that it started to get a bit uncomfortable because they wrapped around my head and ears too tightly. I believe this is the cause of being able to fold the headphones to their compact size. Imagine a tight-fitting pair of eyeglasses. Nothing major, but if you're going to use these for hours on end, then you might want to reconsider (especially if you have a big head like myself). Also, since these aren't earbuds, you can't really go work out with these it might get a little gross coating them with layers of sweat (something I forgot to consider when I was shopping around). The fact that it comes with a case is pretty irrelevant. You're really not going to fold them up nice and neat EVERY single time you use them. I don't even know where my case is anymore. Sorry about the pessimism, but I figured people will be too busy telling you all the good points anyhow (plenty of), so I thought I'd play devil's advocate.

Summary: Good pair
Review: These are good sounding headphones for the cost ($25 on ecost.com). The bass sounded flat when i got them but after week of pounding bass on these it is much decent now. The mids and highs are good for this range of headphones. However they do not provide much noise isolation like other closed headphones. My main issue with these headphones is the construction. They look flimsy and try putting them in case everyday. I have already junked my case because i was afraid i would break my headphones trying to squeeze them in the case.Overall very decent phones better than sony V300s.

Summary: Comfortable and sounds excellent
Review: These are one very comfortable set of portable/collapsible cans. They can easily be driven by portables like MP3 players. Great range of sound, they don't color the sound (those who expect overly punchy bass at the expense of the rest of the sound spectrum might want to look at a cheap set of Koss cans instead). Good enough that you might reconsider ripping your MP3s at 128k, I'm going with 160k instead because you can tell the difference between sample rates using the PX-200s. I'd definitely buy these again.

Summary: Deafen Yourself Without Disturbing Others
Review: These are really great headphones. They have have rich, deep bass and beautiful high end. Everyone who tries them on remarks immediately "these are great headphones." The other great thing is that no matter how loud you blast these, and I've gone waaaay up, no one can hear what you are listening to. Be cautious though, because I've almost been hit by the train wearing them in the morning, and the conductor gets really angry when I don't here him ask me for my ticket.

Summary: a competent pair of phones
Review: These are really pretty nice, they fold up small, they come with a case and they're pretty comfortable. On top of that they don't sound all that bad. In an absolute scale I wouldn't give them more than a 4, but given that I bought them for portability and to use on my iRiver iHP-120, they're great. They're certainly more dynamic than the earbuds that come with any of the mp3 players on the market and produce bass fairly well, but they do take time to break in before the bass smooths out and fills out some. For closed headphones they're pretty good, and I like closed headphones when I'm on the go because others wont bother me and I won't bother them. Otherwise open headphones (like the PX100 for example being a similar model) will generally sound better. Don't expect these to match fancier headphones like the HD580 or better from Sennheiser (or my Grado SR325s) but they are fairly good and if you expect no more than a nice pair of portable headphones with decent sound, they aren't likely to disappoint you.

Summary: Very Comfortable, Portable, Sounds Great
Review: These headphones are very comfortable, they collapse to the size
of 2/3 a graphing calculator, and they sound great! I have yet
to let them break in as some reviewers have mentioned. I tried lowering them on my ears and they sound less muffled. Nice product the only bad part is putting them away in the case, since
they are delicate it requires a bit of care and tact.

Summary: Good headphones
Review: When I first listened to them, I was also disappointed because the bass is weak. While sound reproduction is very good overall, I like the deep booming bass and these headphones just can't seem to reproduce that. Another complaint I have is that the left earpiece gets uncomfortable for me after a few hours of use (Perhaps, I'm not wearing them properly? I don't know.. but I've tried finding my fit but I still have this problem). Still, I have used these headphones for a month and I am quite satisfied with them. Mid's and highs are great and they are very comfortable(for the first couple of hours anyway) and secure. A cool case also comes with it.
