Summary: Comfort and crispness
Review: I bought these headphones when I realized that the ones that came with my portable CD player were horrible. Then, when that player bit the dust and I was forced to buy a new one, those headphones were equally horrible. I replaced them with this PANASONIC and what a difference. The sound is crisper, I get more bass, and they are so darn comfortable. I am going to hold on to these headphones for as long as I can.

Summary: Over the Head are more comfortable
Review: Pros:
They have a volume control which is extremely nice if you have your MP3\CD player in your bookbag, or other hard to reach place to change the volume.
Has one cord coming out that help tangling and getting the headphones off.
Great sound quality.

Cons: Not very comfortable for the first couple minutes until you get used to it, also when you take them off.
The headband is too big, it doesn't fall off because it is tight on the sides of your head(which hurts a bit but you can bend it some to help). I have a smaller body and a smaller head but I still think it shouldn't be that big.

Overall: If you can do without "behind the head" than get the Sennheiser px100 or the heavier Sennheiser HD-497.

I also that these panasonics heard these are the most comfortable behind the head headphones.
