Summary: The BEST BANG for the BUCK
Review: After looking at many TV's I came to the conclusion that HTDV was to expensive, and regular projection TV's could not compete with the brightness and picture quality of this TV. The flat screen makes it great. The other large screen TV tube's had too much curvature and I found this distracting. I didn't want to be thinking about the shape of the picture tube, I wanted to be be enjoying the shows. While watching a movie on this TV at the store I became so engrossed in it that I stayed until the store closed. Don't compare this to other tube TV's, compare this to projection TV's I think you will agree that short of HDTV this is about the best TV made. Also check out the smaller SONY flat screens, those are nice too.

Summary: This TV will blow you away!
Review: Back in 1996, I purchased a 32-in. Sony Trinitron TV and fell in love. Last week, I brought home a Sony KV-36FS10 for about the same price--my, how times have changed! Short of HDTV, I can't imagine a better television. This 36" beast delivers an incredible picture on its perfectly flat screen. So good, in fact, that I even find myself watching commercials I couldn't stand before. Don't get me wrong--I still don't like them, but by God, they sure do look good! I'm also pleased with the sound output--much nicer than any other TV I've owned. Only drawback is the weight--this behemoth is an incredible pain to move, and you'd better make sure you have a nice, sturdy TV stand (or maybe a huge concrete slab) to set it on. Bottom line: Hook this bad-boy into a nice surround-sound set up, and you'll never need to visit the cinemas again!

Review: buy this year's model the 36FS12 from anywhere else like 800.com or bestbuy.com for the same freaking price. it has more features and fixes some problems with this model.

Summary: Flat Screen Sony Monitor / TV
Review: Excellent Picture quality. Only issue I see is that it has several Video Modes - Std, Movie, Vivid and Sports. Even with the S-Video Input you see a loss of bandwidth in all modes except in the Movie mode. This is seen as char's that are hard to read when they are displayed from the DSS. This is a very minor problem. I would recommend this TV over a projection TV.

Summary: As close to 100% Pure Joy as it gets!
Review: I bought this tv last year for a Christmas present, and it has proven to be one of the best electronics puchases I have ever used! I am an avid Gamecube fan, and after learning that if you play a video game system for about 6 hours on a projection tv, it will burn the image into the screen. Um, no. So that pretty much left me with one choice: (I am pretty sure that at least last year this was the world's largest tube tv) -- The KV-36FS10 Wega Trinitron. It has not dissapointed in the least. On the contrary, it continues to amaze me by producing a quality of picture that is most definitely unrivaled in the flat tube tv field. I watch sports games, DVD's, and play video games on this tv, and it is consistantly amazing with all. Bottom Line: DVD's...? Video games...? A good few strong people (to haul it to wherever it will be -- probably once and for all ^_^)...? This is the tv for you! However, with new Wegas (like the XBR), it can never hurt to keep an open mind. Happy shopping!

Review: I love this tv and every time i watch a movie. i feel as if i was there. There is no other tv that can compare to this. i have heard that wegas (it is prenouced vega not wega) had porblems. but mine doesn't. my friends are always wanting to watch there games on my tv. I have recomended the wega to all my friends (so that way i can watch my wega in peace). It is the best when i play video games with this, before buying the tv i wanted to get a projection but i had learned that i could burn out the screen through regular watching of television. the games are way better than any other tv. the orginal playstation looks like dreamcast's graphics when played. also my dreamcast looks far better than playstation 2's. the best f**king thing on this tv is the fact that it has s-video. when i watch movies with the s-video hooked up to the dvd. boy, isn't good? i want you to buy one when sony comes out with the 40inch version of the wega.

Review: I purchased a Sony KV-36FS10 recently. Great picture! Youreyes will have to get used to the flat screen...so used to seeingpara. It almost looks concave for awhile. I have had no difficulties with the picture quality of the scaled down model. I purchased a extended warranty with the television only because a 3 month labor 1 year parts seems a little low for a 1400 dollar tv. ...but overall a good television.

Summary: Picture clarity stunning; weighs 250+ lbs., buy Sony stand
Review: I'm losing sleep staying up to watch our 36KS10 TV! The picture clarity is stunning, as are the 4 video mode settings. I'd recommend getting the Sony stand, too. It is built for this TV (interlocks and buckles to TV) and can shoulder the 250+ lbs. this TV weighs. Five stars!
