Review: Easy setup for cable. A fine basic television. Very heavy so have two people available for unpacking and set placement. Panasonic is a class act so batteries are included for the remote.

Review: I've had mine for a few weeks. The picture is fantastic. The menu is nice and simple, but a little odd in how you change settings. So far I couldn't be much more satisfied.

Review: My primary reason for ordering this tv online (from Amazon.com) was because I was having difficulty shopping for a new tv that WASN'T silver. I thought I'd found a dark-colored one here (check out the picture or more important, the technical details listed.) So needless to say I was disappointed when this order was delivered and the tv was NOT as pictured or described, it was silver. My real disappointment came when I contacted Amazon about the mistake and received a standard reply that no tvs can be returned for any reason. (I was aware of their policy but thought they would try a little harder to correct an error on their part.) This is the worst case of customer service I have ever encountered and will not shop from Amazon again.
