This technology prevents the loud spikes in volume that sometimes occur during commercial breaks and when you change channels. The Panasonic CT-20D20 also decodes Second Audio Program (SAP) broadcasts, where available. Panasonic incorporates V-chip parental control and a Game Guard system, which helps parents monitor their children's video game use.
