Rating: Summary: Well worth the extra money Review: I wanted a smaller TV, but I was willing to shell out the extra moolah for a flat screen. In any case, I compared this TV with the Sony Wega Flat Screen and the Slyania Flat Screen 20" TV's. The final choice was a no brainer. I checked out the TV's next to each other at an elecronics store, and thought the Toshiba had the best picture of the three. The killer, however, is that the Toshiba has component video outputs. The Toshiba was priced in the middle with the Sony a little more. The picture is astounding compared to regular TV's. Most noticable, however, are the vibrant colors produced by this TV. I noticed it as soon as I plugged it in. The sound is good, not great. But I've never seen a 19-20" TV with great sound. Some people who buy this might also be looking into an affordable home theatre set anyhow. In ANY case, the TV sound is fine for regular TV watching. Plug in your 5.1 channel or even an old 2-channel analog system (like me) for your movies and it won't even matter. Bottom line: This is a nice TV, excellent picture, with great extras. I feel it was well worth the hundred+ dollars extra this was over a regular 19" television, despite the fact that for the same amount of money one could buy a regular 24-27" telvevision.

Rating: Summary: Wise choice ! Review: I'm so very proud of this TV . The resolution is vivid . Since I bought in August 2002 , I have enjoyed it without restrictions and zero problems .
The handle is very friendly and has three component outputs. The state of art and a particular triumph of the whole personal behind his making .
Congratulations . You made the state of art . Keep on so.
Rating: Summary: Excellent 20' TV Review: It was either this or the more expensive Sony Wega. Well after 20 minutes of side by side comparisons, I had to go with the Toshiba. The picture is amazing for this size screen. The flat screen puts out super sharp display with very vibrant colors. The sound is also decent for this size range and putting BBE on is a must for quality sound. Whats special about it too, is it has component and s-video inputs. Component(the best possible image connection)are rare for these size screens. But the tv puts out amazing image quality when connected to component or even s-vid. After receiving a PlayStation 2 this holiday season, I really needed something to complement it for its games and dvd movies. So after alot research and side by side comparisons, I made the decision on the Toshiba and I dont regret it a bit. The only gripe I have with it is its remote. A tv of this calibur deserves better and they put a reset button the remote. Thats silly becuase if you accidently press it once it resets all the settings of the tv. I just bought another universal remote for the tv and its alot better. But I recommend this tv to anybody who wants a 20' set. Cant be beat.
Rating: Summary: Great little TV Review: It¡¦s quite possible the cheapest 20¡¨ flat screen TV you can find on the market today with S-Video and component input. It also comes with an A/V output, which is rarely equipped on this price range. 4 Stars for the performance, 5 stars fot the value (...)
Rating: Summary: The best 20" flat screen available Review: The Toshiba 20AF41 produces a beautiful, vivid and sharp picture with rich saturated colors and an amazing range of contrast. There are multiple video inputs including a color stream input for DVD connection. The provided audio output facilitates easy connection to an external sound system. For [the money], no one could ask for more.I compared the Toshiba with the comparable 20 inch Sony WEGA and found the Toshiba picture to be clearly superior. This is the first time in 15+ years when I purchased a television not manufactured by Sony. Now the criticism. The design and function of the Toshiba remote is poor with respect to its size, balance, and particularly, the placement of the controls and their specific functions. When holding remote, the volume and channel up/down buttons fall naturally under the thumb. However, the previous channel, mute and numeric keys for entering channel numbers directly are not clustered together and are difficult to reach. ironically, the controls that are clustered together such that they can be reached by the thumb without repositioning the hand and thereby changing the balance of the control are those associated with the control of a VCR. You won't be disappointed with this set. ...

Rating: Summary: Great buy Review: This is the first flay screen TV I have purchsed, and the first Toshiba. I have always been a SONY fan but I have to admit this picture is as good as the SONY 20" flat screen that I compared it to. The picture is extreamly sharp with very good contrast. The stereo sound is only fair, but that is probably to be expected with the small closely spaced speakers that come with televisions of this size. It has front video and rear video inputs, as well as rear component and s-video imputs to take advantage of the high quality picture that a DVD player produces. I don't think you'll be dissapointed with this one.
Rating: Summary: A Great TV!!! Review: This television is a great purchase for any buyer. The superb picture is better than any I have seen. With many features and a great design the Toshiba is a great bang for your buick. I highly recommend this product.
