Review: This is an excellent TV, loaded with features usually found on larger ... models. The FST PURE flat screen delivers a remarkably sharp picture, and the sound is rich and full with the BBE sound enchancement feature. The universal remote is good, and the menus are for the most part well thought out.
There are enough jacks for all home theatre gear, with 3 A/V inputs (2 rear, 1 front), A/V output, component video input, S-video input, and as a added bonus, a headphone jack!
This TV outperforms the comparable Sony model by virtue of it's sound and A/V jacks selection.
I highly recommend this television as a second TV, but it is good enough to be your main TV.

Summary: Clear Screen
Review: We bought this on a fixed budget and with the reputation of Toshiba we were not hesitant to buy it at all. I gave it a 4 only because of the delay in the changing of the channels. It is a blank screen for a few seconds. Maybe it is because it is digital. I dont know. I LOVE the flat screen so it is a trade off.The sound is excellent and clear. My daughter runs her Kareoke (sp) and it sounds great. I like the silver instead of the black color we had before it looks really good in our modern home. A great TV for a home office, bedroom, smaller room.

Summary: All the right stuff in a compact package.
Review: We purchased this set when preparing to move from an island in SE Alaska to a rural village farhter north because our Trinitron was too big to ship. When doing the research the closest comparisons were by Panasonic and Sony. But the Toshiba won out in pretty much every area: price, picture quality and widest selection of video inputs. Not only that, but its package is smaller and lighter than both of the other two.
I can't say enough good things about this tv and its picture quality is so good that it almost makes up for the small screen size.

Summary: Excellent picture, but has a annoying high pitched hum
Review: When we got this TV out of the box and plugged it in we couldn't believe the non distorted crisp picture this TV produced. The second day we noticed a annoying high pitched hum coming from the back of the TV. It doesn't seem to be audio related. I have to do some more investigating, but i will probably bring it back to Best Buy soon. I haven't heard this problem in the other reviews. Bummer!
