Rating: Summary: Mine was a Lemon Review: A very poor TV. Picture had extremely non uniform color. The Left Edge 4 to 5 inches in and the bottom 4 to 5 inches up showed purple skin tones, while the rest of the picture showed near normal. No combination of picture controls would eliminate this problem. The color, tint, contrast and brightness seemed to operate ok, but would not correct the problem. Three other TV's on the same cable were ok. There was no evident damage in shipment. Another problem was that the brightness control had to be set to full, and then the pictures were stull somewhat dark and dull. A final note. The unit is extremely front heavy and would be prone to tipping over.

Rating: Summary: Great Value Review: As noted by previous reviewers, this TV is perfect for smaller rooms. The picture is remarkably clear and the resolution is very good. The TV is light enough to be easily setup by one adult.I was somewhat skeptical, given the price and the lack of brand awareness, but this TV represents a great value. We are very happy with it. The unit is somewhat front heavy, so it should be placed on a large and stable surface to avoid tipping. The instruction manual is adequate, but plain and an obvious translation by a non-native English speaker. The packaging was less robust than typically experienced, but the unit arrived intact and undamaged.

Rating: Summary: This is a good brand Review: I have used one Konka TV before. It is a great one, good picture and good quality.
Rating: Summary: Good One For badroom and office Review: I like this TV for my baby's small badroom. The picture is vivid for a 20" TV. Actually, Konka is one of the biggest electronic manufacturer in mainland china. Now,I have a DVD player and a TV with the same brand in my house. TV is great for a 2nd TV for my house. DVD is just so so, but the price is really great!
Rating: Summary: A bargain, but poorly made. Review: I own this TV. There are several reasons you shouldn't: 1. The brightness and contrast cannot be set satisfactorily. 2. After you set the brightness and contrast, it is easy to accidentally press the "reset" button on the remote, which restores the unacceptable factory settings (see the picture of the remote). 3. There is horizontal line sway at the top of the screen when watching a videotape...
Rating: Summary: Let me tell you what Konka is. Review: Konka is the biggest TV manufactuer in China. China as the biggest TV market in the world is also the most competitive market with all the Japanese and domestic TV makers fighting over it. Konka made their name in China with quality and price, winning customers back from Sony and Panasonic and Toshiba and JVC, going from a tiny outfit ten years ago to one of the biggest company in China, and now they are in the US! It's a exciting fresh force in the US TV landscape. But because of its novelty, and lack of promotion, not much American people know it. But trust me, they sell tens of millions of TV sets in China every year, they are famous and big, and they can be trusted.
Rating: Summary: Good TV for Great Price Review: This is an excellent TV for it's quality/price. I couldn't tell the difference between this one and the cheapest 20" Panasonic TV I used to have. The remote is simple, but very well designed except the menu button is a little small. Also, the menu navigation is not very intuitive, but you'll get use to it. This TV also impressed me that at this price, it's stereo and have front AV jacks. Great for my video gaming systems.
Rating: Summary: Please do not buy this TV Review: This television has multiple faults, all of which were present in the first few days after purchase. 1.A black horizontal line which drifts upward, more noticeable on a light background. 2.The TV easily tips over which poses a danger to small children 3.The channel button on the remote skips channels 4.The remote must be directed precisely at the TV receiver to execute control so know where it is located on your TV 5.Sometimes,on turning on the TV,the screen flashes on in black and white then converts to color 6.The change from channel to the next is not smooth. There is a staticky flash between channels The cable guy was abhored and told me I should return it which I promptly did. Please do not purchase this TV. I'm surprised it's accepted for sale in America and I think it should be recalled.
