Review: I'm a huge fan of the TV show, "The Simpsons". I'm also a huge fan of Fox's, "Malcolm In The Middle", and every Sunday night I like to watch "The Simpsons" right before "Malcolm In The Middle" [two comedies in one night - can you handle it?!]. Anyways, this is a great anthology for all Simpsons fans. This DVD comes with a complete set of the show's episodes from the first season. Even though I've seen many episodes of "The Simpsons", I don't think I've seen any from the first season, so this would be perfect for anyone who missed out on the first season and wants to know how the show started out! The DVD itself comes with extra special edition stuff that probably isn't on the VHS. If you are a fan of the show, "The Simpsons", then I definitely recommend this DVD. Heck, get the VHS if you don't have a DVD player - just buy it!

Review: ive been watching "THE SIMPSONS" ever since I could work the remote. But they would never show those first episodes anymore so I was so happy when i saw this and I cant wait to buy it from AMAZON when it comes out.

Review: I don't need to yet own the very first DVD collection of The Simpsons to know that it will be very good. See, every feature on the DVD could be terrible, but what really matters is the fact that FOX is finally releasing the Simpsons in their entirety.

Review: The Simpsons is an excellent show. Its amazing to be able to go back to the beginning of it all and relive the first magic. Its funny as hell and as profound as any TV show out there, and for my money there isn't a better one. I preordered this set and i can't wait until i get it. In my opinion it is the best show on television.

Review: If one thing can go right, it is the Simpson's on DVD. Not only are they releasing the greatest show ever put on paper, but they are releasing it the right way. Now we can watch every episode in chronological order (hopefully they will continue releasing them all this way). The VHS was a good idea, but I did not like the fact that the episodes were all over the place. Now I can watch the Simpsons over, and over, and over without any picture loss. Goodbye VHS tapes! With all of the extra features like commentary by the genius himself, Matt Groening (pronounced Graining, and original scripts, you just can not go wrong!Hopefully this DVD will add new Simpson fans to the mix, so that new generations can grow up with the Simpsons. mmmmm....Simpsons DVD is coming.......<drooling>
