Summary: One of the Best Sci-Fi Films of All Time
Review: This movie was excellent. The special effects were out of this world. But for anyone who does want to see this movie, it is not suggested that you see it if you are not at all familiar with the television show. It will make you a bit confused. Other than that, like me, it will make you addicted to the show.

Review: Though it takes a while to get the story going, once it's started there's no stopping it! Two hours packed with humor, excitement and a small love story. Some scenes will have you on the edge of your seat. A real treat for all XFiles fans.

Summary: Excellent Film for the X-Files Faithful
Review: If you are a true fanatic when it comes to the X-Files, you have to watch this film as it contains essential information to bridge into next season. The quality of the movie is on par with what we are all used to with the television show, only we get a whole heck of a lot more of it! The only downside to the film is if you're not really into the X-Files it won't hold a great deal of interest to you.

Summary: Hollywood Production Doesn't Always Work
Review: How is it that the 40min season premiere had more action/information/plot than the 100min movie? Chris Carter and company aimed too low in this movie, diluting the content so that even people who don't watch the TV show could enjoy it. Unfortunately by doing this the movie suffered. A basic generic plot, filled with acting that made Mulder and Scully almost seem caricatures, and absolutely no new information. While it's better than most Hollywood movies, it's by no means as good as half of the TV shows. Too bad. Nevermind the gratuitous relationship scene. Playing that card in that fashion was a lame attempt to please two camps.

Summary: An X-cellent start
Review: Let me be the first to say, Thank You Chris Carter!! For adding a new scene to the movie that definitely answers a 5 year old big question in the series about- Mulder's sister- Samantha. Although I don't think it answers it completely. AND...... A truly wonderful X-File X-perience. The film is a roller coaster ride of thrills and chills courtesy of Chirs and Co. Yes, I too, am a little agitated that the film didn't break the 100mil mark in boxoffice recipes. No matter, let the non X-philes bicker while the true fans watch in wide eye amazement.
