Summary: Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.
Review: What can I say about this fil? It is such a part of my childhood that it is very hard to be objective. It gave rise to two of my passions, three of my passions, Sherlock Holmes, Egypt (Ancient) and film making. The cast are outstanding, Anthony Higgins and Susan Fleetwood give wonderful performances as the demented duo and the younger members of the cast, IE Nicholas Rowe, Alan Cox and Sopphie Ward, show promise beond theree years. Anyone who is interested in more that your average Bond or Indy Jones movie should deffinately see this one.

Review: Why anybody would want to make a movie about Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson as teenagers is beyond me, but I don't think this one was very successful. The story line was weak and unbelieveable, and I didn't like the main protagonists at all!

Review: I've seen many Sherlock Holmes films, but I must say this one was the most unusual. The temple, the cult, the danger... It would be hard to really pick my opinion on the movie. On one hand, the acting was excellent, and it kept me on the edge of my seat (literally). On the other hand, it was very...strange. But, of course, it's going to be...Stephan Spielburg produced it!! I guess you could say I like it in that way that people like things that they'll only watch once in awhile. One word of caution. If you're the parent of a young child, please watch this before letting them view it. It is very intense and frightening at points, and could provoke nightmares if watched at night. Oh! And if you do watch it, watch through all the credits. There's a grand surprise for those patient viewers....

Review: I freakin' love this movie! I have loved since I was probably six years old. The special effects were outstanding for their time, the visuals are awesome, and the kid playing Sherlock Holmes doesn't look too bad either. It is a great adventure movie--a must see for any Spielberg fan.
