Review: My favorite Episodes are the one were, Kevin always gets caught up in the love tangles, its something so special to see on television. I never saw the final episode while growing up its so crazy i am now 18, and have watch re-runs, and its so weird not to have seen the final episode.

Review: I would love to see a box set for the Wonder Years to be released. It would bring back so many childhood memories! I remember watching the Wonder Years religiously with my family. I must have been in elementary school then. That would be the highlight of the night before we had to go to be on school nights. Please give the Wonder Years to the world again.

Review: I too have been waiting for the DVD release of The Wonder Years for far too long! It should be a walk up start in any DVD collection and I believe it is one of those shows that will never age. It's message is timeless. I have been told the delay may be due to licensing of music (which at some point ran out after the first run of the show)... and having sat through many episodes on cable only to hear a different song (often with less impact and less emotion than the originals), I am willing to wait until the DVD's can be delivered with ALL original music, in all the correct places... just as i remember watching them as a kid! I will not accept anything less for my all-time favourite show.

Review: I agree with the reviews, I would buy it the day it was launched - irrespective of price. i already have all the episodes taped on vhs, but with time the picture & sound quality has become so bad, that it is unwatchable.

Pls pls come out with this asap - I can't think of anyone that could not relate their childhood to this show - and I live in Delhi, India - so this show is not just popular in the US.

Review: As a seasoned, discerning television viewer of virtually all television genre's since the first black and white TV sets were released in the 40s and 50s, and as a father of two young adult men (now ages 20 and 24) who were quite literally "weened" on 'The Wonder Years', I can confidently and unequivocally assert that 'The Wonder Years' was (by far) the single best, most influential, most true-to-life television series in American film history, period! One need only compare the content of it's final episode with those of other television series. It's not about critics, or ratings, or future sales. It's deeper than that, easily transcending those fleeting, superficial commercial parameters. Simply put, 'The Wonder Years' was, is, and will always remain absolutely PEERLESS!!

Like millions of others in America, I myself "lived" the wonder years - my own teen years occurred in the 1960s, from the music, to hippies, to Viet Nam, to Woodstock, all of it! Hence, I LOVED this show! And my sons were equally consumed with it, never missing a single episode. For years on-end it was their 'gold' standard, and now, many years removed, they regularly refer back to it, it's characters, and it's many key lessons in life. But unfortunately, the many influence(s) of this fine show on my two sons, and it's profound relevance to their own lives and times, cannot possibly be articulated here, because in the final analysis, the show was 'so' much more than just Kevin and Winnie! It was special, it was ethereal, it was one-of-a-kind, and try as I may, I cannot candy-coat my feelings about it's fate.

To ignore the need for commercial release of this truly exceptional and influential series on DVD is the epitomy of ignorance and negligence. Incredibly, we can drive right down the road from our homes, on any evening, anywhere in America, and purchase "Everybody Loves Raymond" or a veritable fleet of other marginal and momentary TV shows released ad nauseum like the newest AOL disc (Version 314!), yet the single greatest show in television history (The Wonder Years) sits languishing and fossilizing somewhere in the ABC Television archives.

Sadly, this tragic, undeserved fate, whether it be from simple oversight, or a conscious decision by television executives, serves only to underscore what most of us already knew, that television producers and other industry "experts" have a long and dismal history of being downright 'clueless' when it comes to the American public or it's viewing preferences. Think about it ABC! Consider "acting" instead of "re-acting"! Do the rest of us a favor, and make a sound, rational decision for once. Like the muscle car era of old before the advent of insurance, gas shortages, and EPA regulations; like pleated skirts, banana splits, street corner gas lanterns, and drive-in theatres; consider capturing this last real slice of Americana on film for those of us who can remember her when she was healthy; consider memorializing this fabulous effort, it's great cast, and the many fine others whose contributions made it all happen; PLEASE? I (and millions of others) would "beg" of you, please consider releasing 'The Wonder Years' in perpetuity on DVD.

Review: Please write a review and sign up with amazon for the release of the Wonder Years DVD. The studio is only going to produce this if there is a demand. As of right now only 57 reviews have been written. We are going to need a lot more than that if we want to see this DVD set produced. The studio can not ignore the public forever. Make you voice heard!!!

Review: Im 29 years old and I grew up with that serie, I think that is the best TV show that americans have ever done because the Kevin's life represents many things that we've felt or lived in any moment of our lives. Please!, give us the DVD as sooner as posible, many people in Mexico are waiting for this DVD, really, we are many fans!!!!
