Review: I absloutely love Designing Women and this DVD while highlights some of the better episodes I think every single is good and would like to see all the seasons on DVD and I know myself and many who would buy them and watch them over and over.

Review: I am so excited to see this put out there, I have full intentions on owning it and I hope this is the start for the line up to come out season by season. I praise Lifetime for keeping it on the air as long as it has because this and the Golden Girls are my two favorite Lifetime shows. The Designing Women have become like family, I always get excited when I watch them even though I have seen every episode a million times. They are so colorful and quick witted you have no choice but to fall in love with them. From Julia's Rants to Charlene's sweetness to Mary Jo's curiosity and Suzannes beauty and you can't forget the 5th designing woman... Anthony who actually made a wonderful addition to the cast. The things they put him through are enough to keep watching. Keep up the good work and hopefully we'll see more Designing Women series come out.

Review: I AM SPOILED! I LOVE MY DVD'S THAT HAVE EXTRAS IN THEM! TAKE "FRIENDS" EVERY EPISODE HAS SOMETHING NEVER BROADCAST ON TV! I AM HAPPY THAT THIS DVD IS OUT THERE BUT I WOULD OF LIKE TO HAVE SEEN INTRODUCTIONS BY THE CAST AND BY LINDA BLOODSWORTH THOMASON OR PLEASE LADIES AN AUDIO COMENTARY! IN 1990 I WAS AT THE MUSEUM OF BROADCASTING AND THEY SHOWED A 80 MINUTE REEL OF HIGHLIGHTS FROM THE SHOW ( NOW EDITED DOWN TO 43 MINUTES FOR TV BROADCAST) THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT EDITION TO ANY FUTURE DVD RELEASES. THE 5 EPISODES ON THIS DVD ARE SOME OF THE BEST BUT NEXT TIME GIVE ME A SEASON! THE SHOW IS A CLASSIC AND TV NEEDS SHOWS LIKE THIS AGAIN!

Summary: Excellent! Now Where Are The Rest of Them?
Review: I have loved this show since it's inception. Please release the entire series on DVD. I have most of the episodes on Video Tape (Taped from television)commericals and all. The tapes are beginning to wear out from use! Come on distributors.....Give them up!

Review: I have wanted this and Golden Girls to hit DVD for years. What a pleasure it is to own this DVD. My only complaint is that the quality of picture is NOT what I am use to with DVD's. Lets not rush the production troops.....take your time and give us quality. The episode "They Shoot Fat Women Don't They", is absolutely AMAZING.

Review: I just found out this DVD is available and will run out and get it tomorrow! I don't have to see it to know it's wonderful. This is truly one of the classic comedic TV shows of all time.I'm sure I speak for all fans when I say that I want every last episode on DVD, as well as a bloopers DVD!

Summary: Not Good Enough.......
Review: I know that there's a mixture of both good and bad reviews already for this DVD, but I hope you'll bear with one more. I didn't get involved in the series of Designing Women until it was in reruns and my mother was taping it every day. I was also excited to see this DVD available - at least until I saw it was a 'Best of'. I am definitely one that likes my TV shows in order as something from one episode might be mentioned again in another. However, occasionally a 'Best of' has a lot of good choices. Unfortunately for me NONE of these episodes gave me a smile when I saw what was on the DVD. My favorite episode is the one where Mary Jo is mugged and the girls take a self-defense class (I loved the scene of Suzanne 'being mugged' as she empties out her purse to find her hand gun - only to discover a lifesaver stuck inside). But I think that was in Season 3. So because of their selections I gave it a score of 2. I may not have liked their choices but someone else might discover every single one is their absolute favorite.
