Summary: Big disappointment
Review: Dawsons creek has to be one of my all time favorite TV shows, and season 2 was probably my favourite. With that in mind I cannot begin to tell you how awful this set is. What is wrong with you WB? Have you no respect for the fans of the show? No pride in what you put on the shelves? These sets are intended as keepsakes for people to remember the show.
The picture quality is almost as bad as the first season, but the real thing which is going to make me return this dvd is the replaced music. What WB or whoever made the changes obviously does not understand is that the music was a very very important part of the show, and scenes and episodes are connected to certain songs for all the fans. Well not with this DVD.

Why can't Dawsons Creek get the same respect and treatment on DVD that shows like Buffy, or Smallville, or countless other shows get on DVD? Raise the price $10 or $20 - fans will pay it if you make it worthwhile - which its currently is not.

I'm not going to purchase any more seasons of dawson creek until they stop with the cheap crap they are putting out and release a proper DVD set.

Summary: Just Love Dawson's Creek!!!
Review: Wow, this is a wonderful season. I only began watching Dawson's Creek in its last few seasons and I am watching these episodes on DVD for the first time. I must say that Season 2 is unbelievably funny and addicting as chocolate. I must have watched 1 dvd a sitting!!! This is as great season, and I'm hoping that Season 3 will be as entertaining and enjoyable as well.

Summary: BUY IT!!
Review: I have been a "Creek Freak" since the beginning of the show. I love the season one DVD, althought I was disappointed with the exclusion of an extras, except for two commentaries. I feel the same way about the season two DVD. With all the publicity DC got, seems like there should be more extras. I was also disturbed that the majority of the music has been changed. I could understand some changes, but some songs in key moments of the show where changed (like Heather Nova's beautiful song PAPERCUP & Billie Myers KISS THE RAIN) Some changes where even made to the songs that came right from the Dawson's Creek Sountrack CD. I know that the producers chose to change the songs to try to keep the price point of the DVD as low as possible, but since fans are the ones buying the DVD, seems like they should've included the original content of the show, even if it was going to cost a little more. Die hard fans will surely be a little disappointed by it, but it is nice to have the entire season on DVD. Being from NC (where DC was filmed) I really enjoy remembering the characters and how life was during the time the show aired. I plan on buying more DC DVDs, but I just hope that not too many changes will be made to future releases.

Summary: Season Two betters a classic Season one.
Review: Dawsons Creek season two has a few changes, Pacey gets a girlfriend, Dawson hooks up with Joey. Jen changes her hair and dosent hang out with the gang as much, Jack is introduced, and Dawsons parents get divorced. So yeah. this has 22 episodes which is a little under half more than season one. And nearly every episode is great!
What I like most about "Dawson's" is that it totally deals with true problems of teens and stuff like Divorce, illness', love, friendship, death, and sexuality. It is just a really true show.
If you want some good viewing get this and just watch it. Most people could probably relate to it.
As for the special features, I havent got this edition, I have an Australian edition and well, it has NO special features, I know it sucks, well it has like 2 commentaries, WOW! This one I think has an interactive tour, which would be pretty cool.
This may not be as classic as season one, but personally I think its better!
Give it a shot!

Summary: This Is A Good Review of The Bad Reviews
Review: I'm a big fan of Dawson's Creek. In fact, I consider it one of my guilty pleasures. I've liked this show since the beginning. Anyway, this season is probably one of the most complex along side of season 3. The addition of Jack and Andy isn't the reason I continue to watch the show. I watch the show for the original four: Dawson, Joey, Pacey, and Jen. That's it! Having said that, this season delievers on all levels. It's definitely got all the teen angst that I loved about the first season, but it's teen angst times 20. The development in Dawson and Joey's relationship makes this the season to see. Anyone who loves a show with just the right amount of drama, check this season out!

Now that I've said my piece about this season I want to take the time to mention the bad reviews reguarding the music. My opinon of the music is......WHO CARES! The music isn't the reason why I watch the show. The reason I watch the show is because of the storylines and the characters. Not what song is playing when Joey walks out of her house or what song is playing when Joey and Dawson have a romantic moment. If all you care about is the music than you're watching this show, then you're watching it for the wrong reasons. They are not going re-release these seasons no matter how many times they hear complaints about the music. This is all we have of this wonderful series, and if you don't like it then you don't have to buy it. I, on the other hand, am going to purchase season 3 reguardless of the change in music, because I like this show and it's characters, not it's music. I can go out and buy music or play it on my guitar. I know it's wrong for the producers to change the music around, but still we can only buy what they release and this is what's released. They're not about to re-release these shows. I just don't see that happening!

Summary: A must have for any fan
Review: ok, so maybe they changed some music and it doesnt have captions in english, but it is absulutaly awsome!!!
Finally Joey and Dawson kiss, and it seems so perfect. But they soon realize how being a couple can change things. Also, Pacey finds a new love interest, Andy, who helps Pacey find himself and shows him his potential. The on and off relationship with Dawson and Joey will keep your eyes glued to the screen. It also deals with Andy's brother Jack, as he admits openly to being gay and how his family and classmates treat him for it.
there are many sceens during this season that will just make you smile, molments that seem so simply perfect. worth every penny if not more.

Summary: Great show, great music, great acting
Review: This is the only show I've ever seen that showed teen life as it really is....relive the fun with Dawson, Pacey (who was the show's most interesting character, Joey and Jen.

Summary: dawson's crap
Review: I could deal with some songs replaced in the show but some of the more poignant moments like in the SEcond season are ruined with replacement music. Like when Pacey and Tamar reunite or at the Dance. What is even more disgusting is the replacement of the Theme song in the third season dvd set. I hope this isn't the precedent for all Dawson's creek Dvd sets. Not highly recommended but sufficient enough to cure that Dawson's Creek fix.
