Summary: It was well done!
Review: I was a big fan of the Incredible Hulk TV series as a kid more than 20 years ago. When 'The Death of' came out, I was delighted to watch it on video. The plot is quite excellent and Bill Bixby, as always, was able to play out the gloomy mood of the story and of David Banner. The ending of the movie is truly touching. Honestly, David Banner's last words made me cry. It could not have been a better ending to the movie. And I agree with one of the movie reviewers that, it was probably better that 'The Rebirth of' was never made and the ending to the Hulk story was left where it was at the end of 'The Death of'. It is an excellent DVD for anyone's Hulk DVD and related collection. The only down side to the DVD is the quality of the picture. At times, 'old spots' appear on the picture but this minor imperfection does not taint the quality of the movie as a whole.

Summary: Fair Movie, but not the Finale nor Closure! Rebirth was next
Review: I wish this third film could of been called Cure Of The Incredible Hulk, But Bill Bixby had plans to do what a lot of comic books do and bring the superhero back to life, which would of been titled Rebirth Of The Incredible Hulk. The script to Rebirth was completed by Gerald Dipego who did the final scripts for Trial Of and Death Of, Rebirth was in Pre-Production, But very sadly, Bill Bixby died of Prostate Cancer and the project was then shelved. The story to Death Of was good, and it was better in that it was a Hulk only adventure without any other superheroes involved. Lou Ferringo's green makeup looked excellent in this movie, and all the performances were very good, But it was originally not to be the end. The t.v. series is an excellent series based on the most popular Marvel Comics Superhero, and the series is still not properly closed until Rebirth somehow gets done with a new script and new direction since Bixby isn't with us anymore. RIP Bill!!!

Review: It's great to see the old Hulk movies again after all these years! I've been anxiously waiting the release of them onto DVD and I wasn't disappointed.

Summary: A Disappointing fanale
Review: On the positive side, this movie has an engaging plot and recaptures the sense of tragedy that David Banner¹s condition was originally supposed to evoke. Unfortunately, it¹s a disappointing finale to the story of David Banner for two reasons. The first is admittedly a matter of opinion, but my opinion is that after surviving such traumas as being pumped full of deadly poison, shocked by high-voltage wires, and buried under a truckload of cement, the Hulk should have also survived the trauma that killed him. The second problem concerns the reporter, Jack McGee. A pivotal part of the series was McGee¹s relentless pursuit of the Hulk, so that a pivotal part of the final chapter should have been a final confrontation between the two. Instead, this movie just plain ignores McGee¹s existence, and I can¹t forgive such a major omission.

Summary: good but not complete
Review: Overall a good movie. However, Jack McGee is no where to be found- that subplot was never tied in.

Summary: Excellent ending to the series
Review: Rather than sit and berate the fact that Hulk dies in this movie (sorry if I spoiled that for you, but the title should have been a hint), be thankful that this series gets a treatment that a LOT of others never do: an ending. While "The Fugitive" stands as an exception, most series of this nature usually just fade into oblivion and force you to make up your own ending (anyone remember "Nowhere Man"?). I, for one, thought this movie was excellent, and the storyline was good. Yes, there were some cheesy moments, but it's a TV movie about a comic book, for crying out loud! Give 'em some credit! All in all, this movie has a solid plot, and Banner's last words truly were a perfect ending to it (though the manner of Hulk's death seems sort of haphazardly thrown in at the last minute). Well worth viewing and owning!

Summary: FANTASTIC FINAL INSTALLMENT
Review: THE DEATH OF THE INCREDIBLE HULK IS BY FAR THE BEST FEATURE LENGTH MOVIE OF THE SERIES. IT PERFECTLY BLENDED RAW HUMAN EMOTIONS WITH ACTION/ADVENTURE THAT NO OTHER TELEVISION SHOW HAS YET TO MATCH. ALTHOUGH THIS MOVIE ENDS ON A SAD NOTE, IT WAS THIS ENDING THAT BROUGHT ELEMENTS OF THE HULK THAT WE HAVE NOT SEEN BEFORE SUCH AS VULNERABILITY. AN ABSOLUTE MUST SEE PICTURE.

Summary: Grrrrrreat!
Review: The Incredible Hulk died in this 1990 TV movie that was to be followed by another TV movie called Rebirth of the Hulk or something to that nature. But the excellent Bill Bixby became too ill.
Grrrrreat movie
