Summary: This is great for any age!
Review: I can remember watching this when I was not even in school yet, It topps all the new sesame street videos! I still can't go without watching it every christmas and I'm in high school now! I guess it just reminds me of christmas when I was a little kid again. It's about Oscar telling big bird that theres no way Santa can fit down a skinny little chimney and deliver the presents by christmas morning, so watch and see what big bird does... It's gotta be a classic!

Review: I had been trying to locate a copy of this movie that I grew up with for years and it was out of print. I think the CTW finally wised up and realized how many people would buy it.You, your child, and anyone you show it to will love it! You will remember that heartfelt song - Keep Christmas With You, and it will bring tears to your eyes!!!

Summary: A positive Christmas Lesson for Children!
Review: I had the pleasure of watching this Seasme Street classic every Christmas Eve as a child. Even today, Christmas just doesn't seem complete without it! There is the purest quality of "good will toward muppetts" for children to enjoy. Especially in the sacrafices made between Bert and Ernie so they could buy eachother presents! This video is not only fun to watch by all ages... but it displays the true meaning of the holidays to kids! A Must Have!

Review: I have 2 teenage girls, 17 and 15..we have been watching this special on television since they were both about 1..now I have a 3 year old son and cannot find this special anywhere on television over the christmas holidays anymore..I am the one who really enjoys this show and am disappointed that it isn't on television..It used to be the one christmas special that I would make time to watch especially with my kids..unfortunately I haven't seen it on television for the last 3 years and am wondering why not?..I can't believe that it would be taken off the air because it isn't religiously correct anymore..that would be a huge shame..I hope someone can answer my question and look forward to seeing it on the television next year!

Summary: A Christmas Classic
Review: I have been watching this television special for as long as I can possibly remember. Sitting in front of a fire, after eating a lovely Christmas Eve dinner, anticipating Christmas Day, my parents, myself (now 29) and my brother (now 27) and sister (now 22), have continued to watch this year after year. It still chokes me up and makes me laugh, despite having seen it 28 years in a row! The stories are lovely and the music is fabulous. To this day "Feliz Navidad" holds a special place in my heart. Now that I am married with a child on the way, I can't wait to pass down this tradition and raise my children watching this video every Christmas Eve. It is a classic that I and all of my family will always cherish.

Review: I have watched this every Christmas since I was old enough to remember. PBS used to air it every Christmas morning and then when i was older I purchased the video...when I first saw the DVD, I HAD TO HAVE IT. Sesame Street is a great show, no matter how old you are. This Christmas special features great stories, funny songs and remarkable Muppet Magic and Madness. A must for everyone Holiday and Muppet Collection!

Summary: Still makes me cry....
Review: I love this Sesame special. I am 30, and remember watching it every year when I was little with my sister. When I saw that they had it out on DVD I had to get it for my 2yr old son in hopes that it would become a tradition. I don't know if he'll like it quite as much since this was made before Elmo was "born" and I'm sure he'll miss him, but I long for the days when Sesame didn't revolve around Elmo. I miss Bert & Ernie & they are hardly on the new ones. I stll can remember parts of the story even though I haven't seen it in years. Like Cookie Monster trying to call Santa, but eating the phone by accident then trying to talk to him through his belly, and Bert & Ernie trading there beloved paperclip collection & rubber duckie to buy a gift for each other back when Mr. Hooper was still alive, and Mr. Hooper bringing them back to them. (Makes me teary eyed just thinking of it) Great message of sharing in that story!!!!!! If your kid is going to watch t.v. at all Sesame is the way to go!!!!!!!

Review: I started watching "Christmas Eve On Sesame Street" when I was about 3 and I still love it at age 13. The plot, of Big Bird doubting a true Santa, due to Oscar the Grouch's ceaseless plots to spread Christmas distress and paranoia, touches your heart deeply, and the true meaning of Christmas shines brightly through this movie as it entertains with moving song, cute comedy and a satisfying love conquers doubt meaning. I highly recommend this movie for anyone who is searching for a family- friendly movie, a Christmas movie, or a wonderful Muppet or Sesame Street movie. This movie proves that the magic of the Muppets can accomplish anything, including the spreading of the meaning of Christmas in a fun way!
