Summary: My son and I love it
Review: My 2 year old boy and I love this video. He's been watching it since he was 16 month old he already know whats going to happen and he even acts the songs together with the video. He also loves to watch this video with me and we spend great time together.

Summary: Great DVD for Babies, Kids, and Adults!
Review: I bought this DVD for my daughter's 1st birthday. It grabs her attention with the lovely bright colors, music, and dancing. This also gives her the opportunity to see characters that she usually sees in books, in action. My husband and I enjoy this DVD as well. He says that it was GREAT idea that I bought it. Some of the skits are soo funny and exciting like the "You Got to Count it Higher" song. I recommend this DVD very much, it's great for kids and adults--brings back memories...

Summary: Not Bad
Review: It's not bad as a collection of the more classic songs. No baby bear, and infrequent Elmo are bonuses. Prairie Dawn and the whole "story" they used to string this together are weak, and the first song "Adventure" (or something like that) is dated junky pop. My last beef is that four "duckie" themed songs, of which is the wonderful "Put Down the Duckie," is hacked up and put together into a melody. I think around 80% of the material is perfect for the Sesame Street traditionalists out there like me, and a worthwhile purchase.

I wish they would offer DVDs which would have collections of material on each disc, like "1976-1978", for example. There's a tremendous amount of wonderful material out there that they no longer show on TV.

Summary: An Exersaucer Baby's Must!!
Review: This tape kept my daughter happy from 6 - 10 months old in the exersaucer and playpen. She is now a huge fan of Sesame Street as a result of this tape. She loves Elmo. The music is non-stop and very entertaining. All different scenes keep their attention. When the show is not on tv, this is the best tape!!

Summary: We own it for over 6 months
Review: and still haven't played the full DVD once. That's how bad this one is for my 15 month old son. Maybe, he will like it when he grows, until then it can't get his attention nor mine. It doesn't have the basics all DVDs have like menus, song selections, and etc. Picture quality is OK. I regret for buying it based on some of the reviews here.

Summary: Okay - Not real excited about this video
Review: I was disappointed with this video - I feel like I could have taped a few episodes of Sesame Street and I would have gotten the same material. If your child loves Sesame Street and you don't feel like taping then this is the Video for you. I didn't feel there was a lot of new material. This video is compiled of bits and pieces of Sesame Street from the last 25 years. Some adults may find this video reminds them of there childhood.

Summary: Not a very good DVD
Review: I have a 17 month old, who doesn't care for this DVD. Of course, he maybe alittle too young for it. In terms of comparing with other DVDs, it's very poor. It's just a video recorded onto a DVD. NOTHING ELSE. It has no menu, subtitles, or special features. You have to look at the slip on the DVD case to figure out what chapter you want to go to to listen to a particular song, because there is no index for the DVD. Plus, the songs are just put together... There's no real flow to the DVD. I was disappointed in the DVD, but am happy to have the classic songs on DVD...thus the 4 stars.

Summary: Buy it! You won't regret it!
Review: This video is EXCELLENT! I love to sit and watch with my 19 month old daughter. I have seen it now maybe 100 times and still enjoy it. The songs are great and my daugher likes to dance and imitate the different acts.

Summary: 5 stars, 2 thumbs up...& unlimited smiles!
Review: My 10 month old daughter LOVES this video. Having watched it over & over again, she recognizes the characters, their voices & the songs. She bounces & toe-taps -- and smiles throughout the entire tape! Kudos to the developers of this classic! (OK -- I'll admit it! I often catch myself humming these addicting/catchy tunes throughout the day!)

Summary: NON STOP FUN
Review: I'm not sure who loves this production more - my kids or me! I grew up watching Sesame Street and I so enjoy watching my kids learn and laugh with the same loveable characters. Great music, all around enjoyable. I've had to order it twice - we wore out the first one!
