Review: I have just one thing to say. There are millions of scripts and novels and songs written by unknowns every year and they go absolutly nowhere. Yet Corporate Hollywood continues to go along with fads to make a buck. Kelly and Justin are the Urkel and Mr. T of yesterday. Do yourself a favor. Go see an independent film made by someone with more imagination than money. You might be surprised. This movie ran in my town for three days, the rumor was it was pulled after a total of 5 ticket sales. I'd be embarrassed to have anything to do with this. What's next? A movie about the weird British lady from Weakest Link?

Review: It is just so surprising to know that some movies instead of being good with their acting, they are just terrible with the feel of the movie. Based on the success of American Idol on television is one thing, but doing a movie that was similar to the idol feel was just really bad. That does go in that case with Kelly Clarkson and Justin Guarini. The movie from Justin To Kelly was really the worst teen style film that has ever been my displeasure of seeing on television. It was just awful. I really don't ever suggest this movie with bad acting ever. If this is bad, there are worse people out there than this. The writing and the acting really didn't blend together as a Grease for teens. If you want to see a good movie musical, go rent Grease!

Review: now i'm pretty open minded when it comes to renting movies, so i decided to give from justin to kelly a chance....MISTAKE!!!!!! this is the most terrible movie i have ever seen in my life. the songs suck, the acting sucks, the plot sucks, and justin and kelly have no on-screen chemistry what-so-ever. please save your money. don't even watch it when it comes on cable!

Review: This movie is almost as good as Eegah or Manos: The Hands Of Fate. The difference is From Justin To Kelly has worse dialog and worse acting. This movie is a 90 minute music video. That's it. It's basically like watching one of those MTV beach party shows, except with a lot of annoying dialog. Kelly Clarkson, please just stick to singing. At least you can do that okay. Justin can't act OR sing, so I guess you're perfect for movies like this. Maybe you'll be in Glitter 2.
The basic plot is our 2 heros meet. The next day she's already jealous if there's another female within 10 miles of him. Basic junior high school stupidity. Even the songs suck. If you want to see a good musical, get the Blues Brothers 2000 instead.
Sure, a lot of 10 year old female teeny boppers will probably love this movie. If you're like me and you love GOOD movies like The Usual Suspects or Forrest Gump, you'll find nothing to like about From Justin To Kelly. Geez, even the title is stupid.
I wish MST3K was still doing shows. This would be the next episode they would do.

Summary: The only good thing about this movie was the music!
Review: Look, I am a BIG American Idol fan, and I was curious to see how this movie came out. UGGGGG, the script was TERRIBLE! The only good thing about the movie were the songs. The acting was sort of okay, but I could not get past the horrible dialogue. I won't even attempt to describe the plot because there wasn't one! This movie ranks right up there (or should I say down there) with "Glitter" as one of the worst movies ever! I have always been a big fan of "Grease" and I hoped that this movie would be as good as "Grease," well it isn't! To be fair to the actors though, they did their best and they didn't write the awful material. I think Justin Guarini was alright, and Kelly was believable. But the person who I think stood out the most was the dishwasher boyfriend of Kelly's friend. He was the one bright spot in this film. So, bottom line, save your money and just rent it. If you don't like it then you are only out $..., whereas if you buy it you will not only be out the $...to purchase it but you will have to keep it on your bookcase. UGGGGGGGG.

Summary: CUTE CUTE CUTE!
Review: Okay... so it's not Grease, however, this movie is really not as bad as everyone seems to think it is. I enjoyed it so much I watched it twice right off the bat and I never do that! It is VERY cute, and you can't help but like the characters. Sure, it's goofy at times, and it resembles more of a cutsey "musical" version of 'Where the boys are '84' than a true musical, but I enjoyed the musical numbers and Kelly and Justin are just charmin'! The DVD has a lot of extra features that make it totally worth the $10! I would have paid more.

Review: i think this movie was soo stupid! if ur in the middle of a beach singing, i dont think there would be any background music! plus, even at the singing competisions, or at the end where they all were singing and dancing, there was no speakers, or anything where the background music could be coming from!! i think the movie would have been OK if it was about an acctual story, it was like a 90 min. dance, with singing! i dont think this should have been 3 1/2 star movie! think, scooby doo [the first one] got 1 1/2 stars, and it was WAY better then this, whoever rated this movie needs to b in a mental institution!! w/ advanced therapy!! freaking phsycos!!

Summary: They over exaggerated on this movie it wasnt that bad.
Review: I didnt think that "From Justin To Kelly" was that bad as people said it was. They had good dance moves and although the script could of been written better it still made you laugh.
You dont have to be twelve to like this movie, it wasnt that bad. Give some credit to the actors that had to work hard.
Not every film is going to be liked by everybody because everybody has different taste in what they like in movies.
In conclusion if you like a nice love movie with dancing and singing with a little taste of comedy fun then rent "From Justin To Kelly". This couldnt of been more worse that "Gigli"

1) I Won't Stand In Line: Very short song. It's the part where Kelly sings in the bar.
2) Vacation: It's a great song. It's the part where Kelly sing's in the opening credits.
3) The Bounce: My favorite song in the whole movie! Great beat.
It's the part where everybody first sings and dances on the beach.
4) Forever Part Of Me: I like this song. It's the part where Kelly and Justin are looking for each other in that large crowd.
5) Meant To Be: This is not my kind of song but still good. Very latin. It's the part when Kya and Carlos are doing the latin dance.
6) Timeless: Great song! Very romantic. It's the part when Kelly and Justin are singing on the boat.
7) Wish Upon A Star: Very annoying song. Good beat though. It's the part where Alexa is singing in the bar.
8) Maddness: I like this song. 3rd favorite in the movie. It's the part where Kelly and Kya are mad at Justin so they crash his party.
9) Anytime: Very romantic song. Kelly and Justin sing it. I like it better on Kelly's album Thankful though. It's the part where Justin and Kelly kiss.
10) That's the way I like It: Long song. Didn't really like it the first time I heard it. But now I love it. great song to dance to. It's the part where everyone is partying in the end. Almost everyone sings.
11) Sugar: This is the last song in the movie. Well the end credits. Kelly and Justin sing it. It's okay.
12) Brandon's Rap: And last but not least that silly rap that Brandon did. He's not a perfesional rapper. But Okay.
Well that's all thats all that I have on my CD. I listen to it all the time. I also have this movie. Well the DVD.
The extended version has 2 more songs. And they are
1) Brighter Star: It is a good song. It's the part where the whole cast sings about Justin and Kelly's date. It really reminded me of Grease's Summer Lovin.
2) From me to you: Justin sing's this. He sing's about how he does not know what to do. And how mad he is at Kelly. Nice Song!
And now to the movie. It is your average teen movie but on the beach. It is also just like Grease but on the beach.
It starts off with Kelly not wanting to go to Miami. So her 2 friends convince her to go. Of course!
And the movie goes on from there. Kelly meet's Justin they go through alot while on Spring Break. And I mean alot. Mostly having to do with there friends. There friends also go through alot. But have alot of parties. Not bad partys like geeting drunk or something like that. Nice and clean Parties. Well there is one little bad partie. A whipped bikini contest. But you barley see the girls in whipped cream. so this is more for kids that are from ages 9-13. And maybe some adults may like this.
