Summary: The Third Feast Of Friends
Review: The Third season of Friends would always be remembered as the year Ross and Rachel broke up,showing that the writers would shake up the show to keep it fresh and on it's feet.
In this season,the ups and downs of love effects the other characters.Monica's heartbreak after the break up with Richard,Chandler's short term relationship with Janice,Lothario Joey falling for his play's co-star(Dina Meyer),and even Phoebe reunites with her musical partner(E.G. Daily).

The unofficial two part The One where Ross and Rachel Take a Break/ the Morning After was the high point of the season in which Ross and Rachel take a break,only to break up when Ross spends the night with Chloe,"The copy girl".The episode includes some of the funniest moments as well as the most heartbreaking.

Summary: Favourite Friends' Moments, Now with extra footage!
Review: Definitely one of the best and most exciting seasons of Friends, it's the season where Ross and Rachel are; still dating, break-up, and eventually decide to get back together by the season's end. In between lots of events take place, e.g. Monica gets a new boyfriend (Pete the millionaire) and Joey &Chandler buy birds (a chick and a duck). The season features some of the all-time favourite Friends episodes! I love the packaging! You take it out of the cover and the DVD version is like a folder. It opens up into like 6 pages with the DVDs and episodes listings. I got this for a more expensive price so this price is a lot better! You can also choose to have subtitles (choice is from 4 different languages) or you can choose to have none.The episodes are:
Disc 1: The one with the Princess Leia Fantasy- Ross' secret fantasy doesn't stay secret for long after he confides in Rachel. Chandler begins to rekindle his relationship with ex-girlfriend Janice. The one where no one's ready- Ross gets riled when his friends fail to be ready on time for a museum fundraiser. The one with the jam- Monica tries to get over Richard by making jam but she gets obsessed. Se decides to get a sperm from a bank to have her own baby. The one with the Metaphorical tunnel- Ross and Rachel encourage Chandler to commit to Janice. The one with Frank Jr.- Phoebe invites her bro over for a visit. Ross makes a list of celebrities he's allowed to sleep with and one of them shows up. The one with the flashback- Janice asks them if they've ever dated each other, they say no but they start thinking of the past (when Joey hits on Monica by stripping and when Chandler tries to make something happen between him and Rachel). The one with the racecar bed- The 'Mattress King store' sends Monica a wrong bed, a kid's bed. Special features: Audio commentary by the executive producers. Disc 2: The 1 with the giant poking device- Phoebe thinks she has killed 'ugly naked guy' so everyone joins in to poke him. The 1 with the football- the friends play football (Ross and Monica fight like cats and dogs, Rachel hangs along, Phoebe makes t a game of a lifetime for herself, and Joey and Chandler fight over the same woman). The 1 where Rachel quits- Seeking advice from Chandler, Rachel finally quits her job at Central Perk. The 1 where Chandler can't remember which sister- Rachel has an interview at Bloomingdales. Chandler sleeps with Joey's sister. The 1 with all the jealousy- Ross gets really jealous of Rachel's co-worker Mark. The 1 where Monica + Richard are just friends- they bump into each other at the video store. They do everything they did when they were dating except they say they're 'just friends'. The 1 with Phoebe's ex-partner- Phoebe's old partner returns to Phoebe's life but not for long, she ends up stealing Phoebe's 'smelly cat'. Chandler dates a woman with an artificial leg. The 1 where Ross+ Rachel take a break- Rachel thinks it's a break; Ross thinks it's a break-up. This is where it started. The 1 the morning after- Rachel finds out about Ross' one-night stand with the Xerox girl. The 1 with the ski trip- Rachel invites the gang (excluding Ross) to a ski trip, Ross goes to Carol. The 1 with the hypnosis tape- Rachel gives Chandler a tape to quit smoking. It works too well but it's for a woman, "you're a strong and confident woman" and Chandler starts to act like 1. The 1 with the tiny t-shirt- Rachel returns Ross' belongings to him. Ross asks for his t-shirt back in spite. But later Rachel gets it back. Special features: audio commentary. Disc 4:
1 with the dollhouse- Monica inherits a Victorian dollhouse. But she has competition from a cardboard house that Phoebe has. 1 with the chick and the duck- this is where they get them. They buy a chick and end up with a chick and a duck. Pete wants Monica to be the head chef at his new restaurant. 1 with the screamer- Ben Stiller dates Rachel but he's a loud, angry, malicious maniac and Ross tries to tell everyone. 1 with Ross' thing-Ross finds a 'thing' on him. He goes from doctor to doctor but no one can tell him what it is. It is referred to as a 'coundas' and 'the Ross'. Phoebe plays the field. 1 with the ultimate fighting champion- Pete gets beaten up in public, but he refuses to listen to Monica. The 1 at the beach- Every1 goes to the beach. Ross and Rachel flirt, Bonnie becomes bald, Chandler wants to know why Monica won't date him, Joey wants to play poker, and Phoebe wants to know her father's location but she finds out her mother's alive. Special features: This disc has the best special features' options. You can take in an Open house at Joey and Chandler's Bachelor Pad with the interactive menu (you can even flip through a 'Friends' scrap book). 2nd- you can leaf through the Friends of Friends Guest book (e.g. Billy Crystal). 3rd- You can learn what's up with your friends with video guides. 4th- You can do a Rachel-Ross trivia quiz: every right answer brings them closer to each other and every wrong answer moves them apart. I highly recommend this season. Not only is the season extremely funny but also I love the packaging and everything. The episodes also have extra footage that you've never seen. Every episode has at least 1 line that had to be cut-off because of limited time when it was aired.

Summary: Friends: The True Message of Friends
Review: Dont you think it strange that people never comment on the most charming asppect of Friends? That is shows how people from multicultural backrounds can get along and be Friends. I'll explain my theory. Roz and Monica are Jewish, Chandler is the gay, Feeebee is European, i think French, Rachel is Hispanish, and Joey is Greek (I think, but I could be wrong on this one) yet they all get along and are friends. You would think more people would have noticed this. Oh, and buy Friends DVD season three on DVD!!!

Summary: The Best Season of FRIENDS
Review: The third season of FRIENDS is my most favorite. Rachel and Ross's relationship peaks, but they go in and out of dating. Monica rebounds with many guys trying to get over Richard, Pheobe meets her half brother, while Jeoy and Chandler get birds; a chick and a duck that live with them in their apartment. This season includes my favorite episodes "The One Where No One is Ready" and "The One With Football". Every character has their own developed personality and they all do a fantastic job of playing their roles. It is fun to see all their idiosyncrasies and watch them make fun of each other. If you are going to buy any FRIENDS seasons, this is the season to buy.

Summary: One of Friends' best seasons!
Review: "Friends - The Complete Third Season" is a must-have for any Friends fan! I consider this to be one of Friends' best seasons for two reasons. One, being the sharp and very witty dialogue and happenings (Chandler & Joey acquiring a duck & a chick, Phoebe's boyfriend's "hanging" problem, Chandler acting like a woman, etc.). The second, is Ross and Rachel's breakup. David Schwimmer and Jennifer Aniston were heartbreakingly believable in the parting of one of TV's greatest couples ever. In this collection, you get the following episodes: 1. "The One With the Princess Leia Fantasy"- Monica's still gloomy over her breakup with Richard. Ross tells Rachel about his Princess Leia fantasy. 2. "The One Where No One's Ready"- Ross and Phoebe are the only one's dressed 30 minutes before a museum fundraiser. 3. "The One With the Jam"- Monica tries to get over Richard by making jam. Then she decides that she wants to have a baby on her own, so she gets a list of sperm donors, only to discover Joey is on the list. 4. "The One With the Metaphorical Tunnel"- Ross is shocked when Ben plays with a Barbie doll. Chandler decides to "go through the tunnel" and make a commitment to Janice. 5. "The One With Frank Jr."- Phoebe reunites with her half brother, Frank Jr. The gang discusses who would be on their freebie list (five celebrities they'd be allowed to sleep with and not jeopardize their relationship). 6. "The One With the Flashback"- Janice asks everybody if they've ever almost hooked up, causing the gang to have a flashback to three years earlier. We see Chandler searching for a roommate & hitting on Rachel (who's having cold-feet over her impending marriage), Ross making out on a pool table with Phoebe after he learns his wife is a lesbian and Monica with a crush on Joey. 7. "The One With the Race Car Bed"- Ross is dreading a dinner with Rachel's father. Joey goes with Monica to return a race car bed that was accidentally delivered to her apartment. 8. "The One With the Poking Device"- Rachel and Monica baby-sit Ben for the afternoon, but Monica leaves a knot on his head after bumping him into the wall. Joey tells Chandler that he caught Janice kissing her ex-husband. 9. "The One With the Football"- It's Thanksgiving and the gang goes over to the park to play football and some sibling rivalry between Ross and Monica is reawakened. 10. "The One Where Rachel Quits"- Just before Christmas, Gunther tells Rachel she needs to be retrained as a waitress, so she quits. Monica gets hooked on Mint Treasures that Ross is selling. 11. "The One Where Chandler Can't Remember Which Sister"- A drunk Chandler hooks up with one of Joey's sisters, but he can't recall which one. Rachel meets Mark, who helps her get a job at Bloomingdale's. 12. "The One With All the Jealousy"- Ross gets jealous over the fact that Mark takes Rachel to lunch. Monica goes out with Julio, a hunky co-worker at the 50s diner. 13. "The One Where Monica & Richard Are Friends"- Monica runs into Richard at the video store. Phoebe's new boyfriend unknowingly "hangs out of his shorts," to Chandler's horror. 14. "The One With Phoebe's Ex-Partner"- Phoebe reunites with a former musical collaborator. Chandler meets Ginger, the girl whose wooden-leg Joey threw in a fire. 15. "The One Where Ross & Rachel Take A Break"- After Rachel tells Ross she has to cancel their anniversary plans, he shows up at her office with a picnic basket. She tells him they need to take a break from their relationship and he then sleeps with Chloe, the hot girl from the copy store. 16. "The One With the Morning After"- Ross frantically tries to keep Rachel from finding out what he did, but Gunther spills the beans. 17. "The One Without the Ski Trip"- Rachel invites everybody besides Ross on a ski trip. On their way, the gang gets locked out of the car at a desolate rest stop. 18. "The One With the Hypnosis Tape"- Chandler has been listening to a hypnosis tape that's supposed to help him stop smoking. The only problem is, the tape's geared toward women and he starts acting very feminine. 19. "The One With the Tiny T-Shirt"- Mark confesses his crush to Rachel and asks her out. Ross and Rachel return each other's belongings. 20. "The One With the Dollhouse"- Monica inherits her Aunt Sylvia's dollhouse. Rachel's boss expresses her interest in Chandler. 21. "The One With A Chick & A Duck"- Joey gets a baby chicken (that Chandler names Yasmine). Chandler tries to dump the chick off at a shelter, but ends up bringing home a duck instead. 22. "The One With the Screamer"- Rachel's new boyfriend (Ben Stiller) turns out to have a raging temper, but it only shows in front of Ross. 23. "The One With Ross's Thing"- Ross discovers a growth on his lower back and he goes to see Phoebe's herbalist. Pheeb's is juggling two guys: a firefighter and a teacher. 24. "The One With the Ultimate Fighting Champion"- Pete, Monica's boyfriend, gets whipped in his Ultimate Fighting match. Phoebe asks Rachel if she can set Ross up with her friend, Bonnie, who used to be bald. 25. "The One At the Beach"- Phoebe and the gang head to Montauk, New York, so she can meet an old friend (also named Phoebe) of her mother's. During the trip, Rachel tricks Bonnie into shaving her head, which is a total turn-off for Ross, who ends up kissing Rachel.

Summary: My Favorite & The Best Show Ever - Show Support for DVDs
Review: I'm sure just about everyone in America has seen Friends (unless you're one of those crazy people who don't watch TV) so I'm not sure there is much I can say to persuade you to buy this DVD... however, I will try anyway. It is terrific! This DVD includes many special features which are actually worth watching! First of all, there is commentary from the producers on 3 of the 25 episodes:
-----The One Where No One's Ready
-----The One With The Morning After (Dramatic Episode!)
-----The One With The Football In addition, there are many other special features such as an interactive tour of Joey and Chandler's apartment, highlights of Season 3 guest stars such as Billy Crystal, Robin Williams, Tom Selleck, Jon Favreau, Ben Stiller (he is especially hilarious in this DVD), David Arquette, Isabella Rossellini, and Teri Garr. There is also bios of the friends and an entertaining trivia quiz about Ross & Rachel. Plus, its a DVD so picture and sound quality are excellent... way better than watching reruns on TV. This is one of the most dramatic seasons of Friends... what with the whole Ross/Rachel fiasco and all. If you buy any of the Friends DVD sets this is a great one to buy even though they are all great. I am so glad this series is finally starting to come out on DVD. I just wish other shows (especially ER and The Amazing Race) would do the same. I think if DVDs such as these are big enough sellers I may just get my wish someday. So buy this DVD collection today!

Summary: An awesome collection of episodes from the best TV show ever
Review: Friends has always been my favorite TV show, and when I found out there were going to be DVDs, I was thrilled. The COMPLETE THRID SEASON OF FRIENDS is the best DVD collection in the set. Favorite episodes:
*The One With the Jam - Monica makes massive amounts of jam in this episode, but the funniest part is when Joey sits there eating jam with a spoon - right out of the little jars. This isn't the best episode ever, but it's really funny.
*The One With the Giant Poking Device - The Friends think that Ugly Naked Guy is laying dead on the couch, but they don't want to tell the cops that "The overweight naked guy we watch isn't moving" so they tape together hundreds/thousands of chopsticks to poke him through an open window.
*The One Without the Ski Trip - The Friends decide to go on a ski trip, but after a series of crappy events, they can't. They still have fun and cause endless laughter in the process. These are just three of the funniest episodes out of 20-something. And that's just one season! Highly recommended to die hard Friends fanatics. The trivia game is also recommended. Overall grade - A+

Summary: I love it, it makes me feel good
Review: I don't know how to describe this but at first I did not pay that much attention to Friends but then when an old friend told me about it and I started watching it, I got hooked and I saw the series upto the 9th and I bought the DVDs upto the fifth. I love watching it and I watch it again and again and it does not lose its beauty and I laugh on it again and again. Thank you my old friend for showing this to me and let me get hooked to it.

Summary: Ross and Rachel on a break in the weakest "Friends" season
Review: "Friends: The Complete Third Season" has the show's producers committed to the idea that Ross and Rachel apart is funnier than Ross and Rachel together, an idea that is justified by "The One where Ross & Rachel take a Break." But while that worked I can make an argument that season three was the weakest of the bunch, which might explain why season four was so great. There are just too many episodes from this season that are not worth the effort (e.g., "The One Where No One's Ready," "The One with the Football"). Part of the problem is the Rachel and Ross relationship dominates things to the point where everybody else ends up in the background, amply illustrated by "The One Without the Ski Trip." Nobody else has a decent story arc, which is amply illustrated by the whole bit between Monica and Pete the millionaire. Compare this with all the things they came up with for season four, and I can rest my case. Best Episodes of the Third Season: "The One With Frank Jr." just for the "freebie list" (who did you put on your list?); "The One With the Flashback" where we learn what was happening with the gang right before the pilot episode; "The One Where Ross & Rachel Take a Break" just for the cosmic irony that the one time Ross gets lucky with another woman is during the infamous "break" (which was Rachel's idea); "The One with the Morning After" just to watch the Ross frantically trying to keep the secret from Rachel before we get to the inevitable pain of the breakup; "The One with the Hypnosis Tape" where Chandler tries to quit smoking, unaware his tapes are geared towards women; "The One with the Screamer" for the guest appearance of Ben Stiller as Tommy, Rachel's new boyfriend who has a bit of a temper problem; and "The One at the Beach," more for Phoebe's meeting with an old friend of her mother (Teri Garr) than the strip "Happy Days" board game, but then there is also Rachel tricking Ross's girlfriend Bonnie to shaving her head. Yes, part of what makes "Friends" work is the way all six have their characters down pat, but the series is at its best when there are story arcs that up the ante on their interactions. Watching Ross and Rachel go down in flames is the defining story line of the third season, but there need to be more for this season to really click. Besides, the Ross and Rachel thing was getting so old that it is no wonder that the Chandler-Joey-Kathy triangle the next year was so touching or that the Monica and Chandler relationship exploded and took over the series in season five.
