Summary: I defy you to NOT laugh out loud
Review: I missed most of Season 1 on TV but bought the tapes and enjoyed being able to rewind for the funniest parts. Season 2 is even funnier. You've got to see (and rewind) the episode where Samantha is dating the 70 year old guy, whose hands and lips are just like those of a younger man...... but whose butt is definitely NOT! Miranda and Steve the bartender hook up (he's one of the few males in the series who is not a total jerk), and Carrie and Big do a relationship re-run thing. Charlotte dates a guy who may be a straight gay guy, or a gay straight guy, and Stanford goes to a bar where he has to strip down to his briefs (better than the 70 year old guy, but not Calvin Klein model material). The series continues with a theme for each episode, which works with varying success, but does keep things moving along, since all four characters get fairly equal coverage. All in all, a brilliantly conceived series with four very talented actresses who keep it humorous, but not slapstick. Cool sets and costumes, too.

Review: HBO has done it again this year with this hilarious comedy. I sat down to watch an episode from this DVD set and 4 hours later I was still watching! This year delves more into Carrie's relationship with "big", the quirks of New York men, and the joy of being a 20 something. This is quite possible the best show on television! Buy this DVD set today, you won't be disappointed!

Review: I already have the first season on video tape. I couldn't wait to purchase the second season! This show is the ONLY show I faithfully watch on television. Every Sunday night after the show ends my best friend calls me and we talk about these four women as if they are old high school buddies. The second season was excellent. You have to buy the first season as well. I don't think I'll buy the third season if it ever comes on video. But I will be in front of the TV on June 3 when the fourth season starts! BUY NOW - don't wait!

Summary: A must-watch for any female (and those who love females)
Review: I hardly ever watch TV, but I am completely addicted to this show. It is one of the sole reasons I have cable TV. I have the first season on DVD, and everyone I lend it to ends up staying up until 4am so they can keep watching episodes. It's one of those situations where you watch one, and say "Just one more!" and next thing you know, it's dawn again! These characters are completely real, intelligent, beautiful, and human. I can see myself in all of them, and the conversations they have match many that I have with my own friends. These aren't shallow models who have paper lives. They have real problems, real reactions, and it's easy to imagine your own friends going through these situations (if not yourself). There are even times that, when I watch it with my boyfriend, I feel intrigued that he's hearing what they are saying. What they talk about is so *real* and female, it's as if he could be learning some insights into how women actually think when men aren't around. It's definitely been an eye-opener for him. He actually understands me sometimes in certain situations, when before he might not have. A must-own - and when you do get it, be prepared to lend it out a lot :)

Review: This is a series totally devoted to the female perspective and desire. With a racy look at the sex lives of these four women, some of us have begun to gain answers to most of our dating questions. This is the series for a lonely Staurday night. Make yourself a Cosmopolitan, throw on your most comfortable clothes, and get lost in this New York fantasy of laughs, life, love, good friends, and Good Times!

Summary: Sex & The City - Just gets better
Review: Yesterday I got my DVD version of season 2, after work I watched 9 episodes straight; I would have watched more but I wanted to be alert for each episode. The second season DVD has picture quality that was lacking in the season one DVD release, and the sound is better too. But getting past anything technical, this show is what TV's were created for. I am a single 25yr old male, with no current relationship except with my love for this show. This show has given me a new insight into what females need and want, the quirky relationship of Carrie & Big has been a real eye-opener....

Review: I am an avid viewer of Sex in the City - unforutunatly I don't have cable, so I have to depend on friends to tape it (which they always seem to screw up a few episodes into the season, thus I am left with questions and holes in the storylines..) - I am sooo glad the powers that be have opted to start releasing seasons on DVD/Tape - I own the first season and have watched it over and over - it never gets boring! I can not wait to get season 2 - and can only hope that a season 3 collection soon follows (and so on and so on!) Love it love it love it! It's great to see humerous takes on the lives of single thirty-somethingers!

Summary: The Sex Just Keeps Getting Better
Review: Sex and the city is a smart ,sexy comedy with a great script and impeccable acting and unlike other television series it is shot on location in new york instead of in a studio. The 2nd season of sex and the city is everything you loved about the 1st one and more, we still get to see great comedy but this time there are more emotions invovled (throughout the season i can assure you will be sucked into carrie and mr.bigs relationship, if not ill pay you the money back). If u loved the 1st season do not ,I repeat do not miss this!
