Review: I've eagerly awaited the second season and have spent any free time going over any episodes I've missed. I've noticed several places where the DVD skips or picture breaks up. I've tried on all systems in the house and it must be the DVDs themselves. I figured MGM would do better as long as we had to wait.

Review: I have waited a long time to see Season 2 again. This is where I first came into the show when it was in syndication on my local Fox station. Now I can see them whenever I want.

Summary: At long last!
Review: A great show, with excellent special effects, surprising plot twists and some really good writing and acting. Sometimes the direction leaves something to be desired, with some integral dialog and/or scenes that would illuminate the plot or the action being ignored or thrown away, but the show keeps your interest and it's about time the second season was released. I watch my taped episodes over and over again, and I can't wait for Season 3 in January! The show is in its sixth season on The Sci Fi Channel, and one can only hope season seven is on the way!

With eps. like A matter of time and The fifth race the money is definately worth it. Who can pass up the opportunity to see thunkable Jack in the high quality that is DVD??? Can't wait for the rest of the seasons to be released...come on buy it!

Summary: The best SciFi on TV
Review: Like many others, I have recorded every single episode, and watched many episodes repeatedly. Finally, two seasons are available on DVD - naturally I'm snapping them up. 22 episodes for around 50 dollars - in digital quality with extras like behind the scenes commentary and interviews with the actors - It would be foolish for me to pass this up. I highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates SciFi.

Review: Stargate SG-1 is a terribly un-original series. All that is pertained in the series was clearly derived originally from other works of science fiction and then slightly built on. The quality of the acting and just the overall presentation is laughable. The series should have ended when the movie it was based on flopped.

Review: I have been waiting it seems forever for the release of Season 2, not to mention Seasons, 3,4,5 and 6 as soon as it is completed. I have followed this show from the beginning and taped every single episode from day one. It is smartly written, the casting is awesome and the intricate weaving of mythology, special effects and modern day issues is unparalleled in my humble opinion. Buy every season!!

Summary: AMAZING, ITS HERE FINALLY!!
Review: WELL, MGM finally squeezed every penny out of sindication and now the second season is finally here! This season is considered to be the worst season of the series while season 1 is considered to be the best, especially the episode "politics", which was rated as the best episode ever. The second season only has 2 episodes that you can call good which are "family" and the extra episode the did not air on TV, but comes hidden on the third DVD of this set, "Lost" which is absolutly amazing. I give this five stars because its stargate and that alone makes it worth buying!!!
