Summary: DOES NOT WORK
Review: I called the compamy and was assured it would great. I told them I lived in Ireland and they said all the cables were included. THEY ARE NOT. Not only that but this unit is designed to work on US TV's. So much for the need to convert NTSC to PAL as I need so I can watch my US DVD's with my US DVD player on my Irish TV.I called them again and was told I needed a special type of cable which I bought for another 20 bucks & still it did not work properly (no sound) and still flipping. I am returning this piece of junk. Looks like it's only good in US households with PAL VCR's. Good I suppose for those in Europe traveling to the US with a PAL VCR and PAL Videos.
