Summary: ICAM B.Frons must be stopped........
Review: I found the B.Frons review nothing if not completely accurate! Why not sell a DVD on the good ol' days cuz the days of ABC daytime 2004 have dwindled beyond recognition! It's definately a great concept, being that ABC Daytime Viewers are starving for a small taste of what used to be called Daytime at its best! Kudos to you Brian for knowing how to market a concept...too bad ABC Daytime isn't doing better, us long standing viewers DO NOT need to be reminded of the days when shows like GeneralHospital were good! Its etched in our minds cuz we are (shall I say were) fans! Dissapointed in NY

Summary: RELEASE A CLASSIC GENERAL HOSPITAL DVD!!!!
Review: It would be great if classic soap stories would be released. The wedding DVD is great but just not enough. I want some of the back in the day General Hospital to be released. I would love to see classic Monica and Allan, the WSB, Anna, Sonny and Brenda, Robin and Stone...the list goes on. The fans would buy it like hot cakes, especially since the show has become a sad sad joke.

Summary: Brian Frons is destroying ABC Daytime
Review: So, ABC is releasing its greatest weddings on a DVD. How ironic that ABC is celebrating its past, that you have to pay for mind you, all the while now firing or giving no storyline to the same actors. It's also funny since ABC hasn't featured a big, lavish, big budget wedding in years. Have you checked out the ratings for daytime now? They're horrible...especially ABC's. Brian Frons is the president of ABC Daytime and probably the dimwit that came up with this idea. I used to be a loyal fan of General Hospital until Frons allowed it to become a sad joke. The GH of 2004 has the mob in everything, violence in everything, no real romance, characters we don't like, couples we don't like, and the most horrendous? How about giving no respect to the likes of Jackie Zeman (Bobbie), Kristina Wagner (Felicia..why are you going back Kristina?), Stuart Damon (Alan), Leslie Charleson (Monica), Anna Lee (Lila), Wally Kurth (Ned), and John Ingle (Edward). It's sad that the head honchos at Disney, which owns ABC, are too busy (with all that takeover talk going on) to see what's happening to their own daytime soaps. Weddings are romance and the ABC shows, under Frons, have had little romance just constant violence...especially on GH. I plead with ABC to recognize this fact quick because the ratings are falling faster that George W's poll numbers. Some might enjoy this DVD but it just confirms how bad the ABC soaps are now. If I had my wish, get rid of Frons and hire Angela Shapiro back as ABC Daytime President...and rehire Wendy Riche as Executive Producer of GH. If you love the olden days, you will cherish this DVD...sigh.

Summary: disappointing
Review: when i saw that there was a DVD with Daytime's Greatest Weddings I immediately thought that it would feature newer weddings and classic weddings.....I was soooo WRONG! It turns out that it is just the "Daytime's Greatest Weddings" for AMC, OLTL, and GH!....I already have the AMC and the GH versions in VHS...I really wanted to see the weddings for Noah and Julia, Edmund and Maria, and Erica and Dmitri's second wedding....what about Asa and Alex's wedding on OLTL...or Bo and Nora's?

the only good thing that came out of it is that I was able to see the OLTL version for the first time.....
