Summary: Finally
Review: Well, it took long enough. Thanks HBO or whoever set this up. Season 1 was outstanding, and I expect nothing less from S2.

Summary: ABOUT TIME!
Review: Finally! The date is set for June 8th. I cannot believe they took 2 years to do it.

This is the most intriguing show I've ever seen. I got addicted to it from the beginning and have not been able to stop. Amazing writing, interesting stories, brilliant acting... What more can you ask for. Characters are actually multidimensional and interesting to watch. I cannot wait to buy this set.

Let's hope third season will not take another 2 years to come out.

Summary: I'd give it 10 stars if I could
Review: Season two of Six Feet Under is worth the wait. Each episode (except maybe the finale) is an absolute work of art. While season one was a storyteller's delight, it merely set the stage for the incredible tour de force that is Six Feet Under season two. Without giving away plot details (and spoiling it for many new to the series), expect big things from Claire, Nate and Brenda, and especially David. If you love this show as much as I do, the season two DVDs will provide you with the kind of entertainment bang for the buck that is VERY hard to come by these days. Six Feet Under is a superior show in every category!

Summary: The Fishers Kick A*%$ !!!!
Review: Truth be told...there aren't many T.V. Families that are actually written like real people, but the Fishers are the real deal. Barring the whole funeral business, this is my family; dysfunctional, blunt, and interesting. Anyone with a dark sense of humor and the gift of sarcasim will pull up a chair and lose themselves in the rich, morbid, and sometimes bluntly honest world of the Fishers. The only problem now is that HBO can't get the darn things out on DVD fast enough for myself or other fans.

Summary: It's about time!
Review: This is one of the smartest shows on television, and Season 2 is no exception. Much of the action is paced slower than Seasons 1 and 3, but it's still an incredible season that focuses on Nate's secret illness, the relationship between David and Keith, and Brenda's...um...new hobbies. I don't understand why it took over 2 years for Season 2 to be released, but I'm glad it's finally coming out, and I hope Season 3 won't be far behind. (I wish the cover of the Season 2 DVD set was a bit more unique, though...I loved the corpse/lipstick image used for Season 1, and I think they could have come up with something a bit more creative instead of just slapping the standard logo on there, but oh well.)

Summary: SIx Feet Under Season 2 - Release Date July 8th!
Review: The word going around is that this DVD will be released on July 8, 2004. So it's good news, but it could have been better. I'm not sure what the hold up has been, but I really hope we don't have to wait that long for Season 3. I cannot count the numerous sites I've seen with bootleg DVDs of Seasons 2 & 3 already! Even with 5.1 sound. But I've been patient and will wait for the official DVD. But seriously, HBO needs to wisen up and get on the ball with SFU releases. Since I've only seen season 1, I've almost lost interest because I have no more to watch. But I'll get over it and watch the first DVDs a few more times. But I might not be so patient next go around. If they're going to continue releasing them at this pace (around a year and a half apart!), then Season 3 wouldn't be officially released until around January 06!

Summary: Could the wait be any longer???
Review: I am seriously displeased with the way HBO has been scheduling the releases of their shows. The first season was released Feb. 2003...and now we get the second season June 2004!!!....oh man...on this rate if the show would to go off the air next season...we have to wait till 2008 to get it!!.

Anywho, the set includes some great episodes and further develops all the members of the Fisher family. In this season, the show begins to depart with basing its entire show around a particular death...and develops some more uniformed and intriguing storyline within the characters themselves. It promptly picks up where the last season ended off with Nate's impending surgery. I'll be first to admit that the first episode is kind of a clunker...but the show never looks back from then on. The last two episodes in particular reach almost unbearable depths of dramatic height especially with all the trails and tribulations concerning the relationship between Nate and Brenda. An engaging, quirky show which truly shows you the emotional levels that a television show can still have on the average viewer. I cant tell you how much I honestly love this show. Highly Recommended!!!

and you know what???...Season 3 is even better! ;) (mb...dec 2005 this time??....ugh....get it together HBO!)

Summary: Long overdue
Review: I started watching SFU with the 3rd season. I bought the first season and have been waiting so long for the second to come out. Now it's finaly here! well..kind of (June still seems so far away!) This is by far the greatest T.V show on. It's reason enough to pay for HBO. The acting, writing and blend of comedy and drama are unlike anything I've ever seen in a T.V show. SFU fans rejoyce! season two isn't to far away.

Summary: Outstanding
Review: Although I subscribe to premium TV channels which carry this series, I actually got hooked when I bought the first season DVD collection. The transfer was superb and the 5.1 soundtrack made the listening experience that much more involving. I've already signed up to be notified when the third season becomes available, and I hope it doesn't take as long as season two.

Summary: Give yourself goosebumps
Review: The more I watch the episodes of this incredibly dark, witty, and articulate show, the more layers I unfold of the characters and how they relate to each other. The beautiful truth - the fragility of life and the finality of death - is interlaced in every episode and in every character. The more I try to analyze the writing of the show, the more it blows my mind. Amazing...
