Summary: Great Stereo Sound!
Review: To add a stereo note to the other reviews, all the Nancy Sinatra videos on this DVD are in true stereo (except the RC Cola jingle). The sound engineer obviously took some time to remaster the audio very well. When I first played this DVD on my computer, I assumed I would hear the mono track from the original film print of this NBC special. After all, this was 1967, TV specials weren't recorded in stereo. But in fact, they used stereo sources for remastering this video. Even some of the background music used between videos was stereo. Hey, even that waterfall (background during the song "Things"), sounded stereo. Great CD sound quality here. If you have a home theater system, this will be a real treat. The audio selections when playing are "5.1 Dolby Digital" and "2.0 Dolby Surround".

Review: What a find! This DVD is a true delight and a real gem -- A MUST HAVE! The quality is outstanding and the presentation superb. I only regret I never saw this when it first aired on TV (NBC). Well, I probably was in bed -- I was only 8 at the time (LOL). It is a true time capsule and from begining to end - THE BEST! Every frame is perfection, every song the best and Ms. Sinatra's voice -- FANTASTIC! "Daddy", too. Thanks, Nancy! Please produce more (OLD & NEW!) We miss you! Did I rate this a 5? 10 plus is more like it! GET THIS DVD OR VIDEO!

Summary: Great Entertainment
Review: What a pleasure to see Nancy Sinatra's TV special on DVD! The picture is beautiful and the sound great. The background commentary by Nancy and director Jack Haley Jr. is very informative. Both have a great sense of humor! Nancy has always been underrated so hopefully this release will gain her the respect she deserves. She has a very pleasant voice. If you loved the 60's pop, grab this DVD and enjoy it. Great fun and a great talent!

Review: You will instantly be annoyed by the inclusion of original RC Cola commercials featuring our gal and even one by Dino,Desi &Billy(!).Now about the show,I loved it.Nancy does music videos before there were music videos.Special guests Dean Martin,Sammy Davis Jr.,Frank Sinatra Jr.,Lee Hazlewood and The Chairman Of The Board himself.Nancy sings and emotes through all her big hits with the exception of "Boots",unless I was in love with her and missed it.The highlight for me was the duet of "Jackson" with Lee.All in all a very entertaining hour,plus you can see her in all the late sixties grooviest fashions,the boots are long and the skirts are (very) short.Watch for the innuendo-laden scene with Dean,nothing dirty,but Dean was known for being very outrageous.There are "bonus" home movies that are tacked on at the end.Nancy and the director narrate over outtakes that don't add to the quality of the show.If you don't own any of her cds pick one up she is one very classy lady.
