Summary: Support Felicity - and the fans!
Review: Everyone buy this collection of DVDs so we, the fans of Felicity, can prove to everyone that this show was amazing - and that we deserve all 4 seasons of this drama on DVD. I think this was an absolutely wonderful idea to put together all of the episodes from season 1 - and let's just hope we have a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th season coming soon!

Felicity rocks (and Ben does too)!

Summary: I can't wait until tomorrow!
Review: I also cannot believe how many reviews there on this without even being released yet! It just goes to show how wonderful Felicity is. The first season is so critical to everything that happens in the end, every Felicity fan must own this (I'll be the first one!). This set will be a great reference as well as entertaining. Who could forget Megan's box and the tapes to Sally? Can't wait to watch!

Summary: Best show on television
Review: Wow! I can't believe Bueno Vistia listened to the fans and made a DVD for the best show ever made for television! I remember reading and posting for them to create a DVD for "Felicity," but had heard there was no plan to do so. Anyway, this is great news!

I've been a fan of "Felicity" since day one. It's the best show ever made for television. The cast is outstanding, and keri Russell is amazing. The creators of the show dealt with issues that college students go through in real life. Being a college student myself, I could relate to what was going on. It's just disappointing the show had to end after only four seasons, especially when compared to many of the shows out there today! All I can say, is at least Keri Russell was noticed for her talent and won the Golden Globe, because she is first rate--along with the rest of the cast. Thanks Buena Vista!

Summary: Felicity is amazing
Review: I think the box set is wonderful, I've already watched the first two dvds. My only complaint is that there aren't really any extras. Yeah, there are a couple of commentaries, but I was hoping for behind the scenes stuff, interviews with the cast and whathaveyou. At any rate, the show itself is a 5 out of 5. I can't wait for sophomore year, bc that is really my personal favorite, minus Keri's hair. Awesome show!

Summary: I've been waiting since May
Review: Wow! I cannot tell you how thrilled I am to see this come out. I started watching Felicity in 1998. I didn't always stick with it until Senior Year. I watched every episode and I wished that I would have watched every episode from every season prior to that. I will buy this as soon as it comes out and pray that all the other seasons come out. Thank you so much for doing this. I have the chance now to see everything I have missed in the past years. I love to watch Felicity, Noel, Ben, Elena, Julie, Javier, Shawn, and Meghan. They sort of help me understand certain things in life better. I love this, but I am soo disappointed that they took Felicity off the air. Well, at least we have this! Thanks!

Summary: Greater Appreciation?
Review: When Felicity premiered in 1998, I had graduated college the previous May and I was jobless. The WB was a fledgling network and it was promoting the hell out of shows aimed at a demographic of which I was seemingly not a part. The subject matter of a show called "Felicity" appealed to me somewhat, although I approached with caution because it was about a female's college experience. I envisioned girls sitting around, eating ice cream and bad mouthing me, er, guys.

I don't think I've ever been more wrong. Felicity is not a show about a girl's college experience, necessarily. It is a show about the college experience in general. The emotions of relocating to a new city or state, far from your parents, and meeting new people, making new friends. Essentially feeling your way through a world as you, not as your parent's child. There's something sweetly anecdotal about the way this show presents itself. Not through learned lessons and value judgements, but through experience.

I felt like I had a greater appreciation for this show. I had lived it. I wasn't living it. I had lived it, recently. And the memories of my freshman year, strong as they were, came flooding back. I received them with open arms. Upon reflection, they were some of the best times of my life. Life was new and I was discovering things about myself and my surroundings and the world that I lived in. There's something to be said for that.

All this emotion tied to a TV show? Well, watch it. You'll see.

Summary: FINALLY!
Review: I've been waiting for this for a long time! I'm now taping the first season off WE Network, but I'd rather have it in a DVD form.

This is great! I loved this show - the first two seasons were definately the best.

Hope they release the other seasons, too.

Summary: I can't believe it!
Review: When the WB (foolishly) cancelled Felicity this past year, I thought I'd never see this wonderful show again. I was a freshman in college when Felicity premiered back in 98 and I graduated with the show this past spring. Felicity and her gang have held a special place in my heart. When I learned that this first season was being released on DVD I was ecstatic! This season was definitely the best of the series. The writing is very clever as are the characters (Ben, Noel, Elena, Julie, Megan the crazy roomate). From the pilot episode, it appeared as though Felicity was going to New York because of a crush on Ben, but by the end of the first season, it became apparent that she came to New York to follow her own dreams and create her own life--not the life her parents had mapped out for her. Standout storylines from the 1st season included the famous Felicity/Ben/Noel triangle (I always liked Noel better), Julie's search for her birth mother, and Felicity's relationship with Elena (in one of my favorite episodes when Felicity catches Eleana's boyfriend cheating). When Felicity first premiered, the show was very serious and almost moody...but by the halfway point, the show had become more lighthearted and witty. I can't wait to see Felicity's freshman year again!

Summary: the best show EVER!!!
Review: let's admit it. we all cried during those last few scenes of the series finale. i watched the show from the beginning, and regretted that i didn't get all of it on tape. you don't understand how thrilled i am to know that this is being released on dvd. it has got to be one of the best shows of all time and, although i was sad to see it end, i'm just glad that it knew when to stop-when it was still a great show- rather than continuing and becoming one of those many shows out there that keep on going and going, and going.
