Review: finally this show is on DVD. i have been waiting over a year for this to come out. I am 17 and started watching party of five in 1996 when it came out when i was 8. I love this show so much. All's they need to do now is release the 90210 series on DVD and i will be the happiest person alive. EVERYONE BUY THIS SET SO THEY RELEASE SEASONS 2-6!!! BEST SHOW!!!!!!

Summary: No Opening Titles Or Main Theme Song
Review: Great show. Great extras. But guess what? Columbia Tri Star decided to just remove every opening credits scene and theme song. So, if you have fond memories of the titles or the way that song set the tone for the show, it's gone. Are these people insane? Every single TV show DVD release includes the opening credits and title song. A real disappointment.

Review: I am so glad they released this. I hear they are releasing season 2 in Novemeber 2004! I love it! I cant wait to see Jennifer love Hewitt in season two.
Also..the theme song is on the dvd...it just dosent start until you watch disk 2 and on. I dont think the show had the theme song untill the aired a couple of episodes.
Now where is 90210??????

Summary: Best Television Show of All Time
Review: I am so relieved to see Paty of Five finally being released on DVD. There is not a show more deserving, and I certainly hope all six seasons are released in a timely fashion. I will be the first in line to buy them all (...). Po5 was an exceptional series -- from the writing, casting and direction to the tone and feel of the show; everything was top notch. I miss the Salingers to this day; when the series ended in 2000, it was like saying goodbye to my family...very tough. So, for anyone who has not seen Po5, please buy this DVD and get to know Charlie, Bailey, Julia, Claudia and Owen (and Thurber!) -- you will be SO GLAD you did.

Summary: About Freakin Time
Review: I am sooooo happy. Party of five is one of the great classics. I was so worried that it wasnt going to come out on dvd. My only concern is that Columbia Tristar will do a horriable job on this set like Dawson's Creek and Mad About You. Nevertheless, i am way HAPPY. For those of you who dont know, Party of Five is about 5 siblings dealing with life after thier parents die in a car wreck. There is Charle(Matthew Fox, Haunted) Bailey(Scott Wolf, Go) Julia (Neve Campbell, Scream, Wild Things) Claudia (Lacey Chabert, Wild Thornberrys) and the baby Owen. I really hope the sales are good so they release Seasons 2-6. It would also be great to see the spin-off Time of You Life on DVD. But 5 stars for quality and for being a great show.

Review: I can't believe they are FINALLY coming out with this!!!! I've been waiting since the series ended in 2000!! PO5 was my favorite television show EVER, my friend and I were kinda beyond obsessed with it (ok ok maybe we are STILL obsessed with it)so this is amazing. I will definately be buying Season 1, and hopefully soon all the later seasons will be out soon because each one got better!!!

Review: I didn't watch this show the first time around. The most I had seen of it was a few stray episodes here and there. I just finished watching my dvd set and this was really a great show, can't wait to see the rest of it! I guess that's the good thing about dvds, you can catch up on shows you missed. The whole cast is very talented, the characters struggle so hard to deal with all that life throws at them. Even though they have their share of tears they use the love of family to get through it all. Claudia, the youngest sister at 11, is a great violinist who is going through alot of changes in these years, including her first boyfriend Artie. Julia is having a bit of a rebellion, including getting a job at a bar when she's only 15. Baily, who is 16, is trying not to get kicked out of school and find a girlfriend, while Charlie, as the oldest Salinger at 24, tries to keep the family together and make sure the baby Owen is taken care of. The family dinners and taking care of Owen and Claudia help keep them together even when they have separate troubles. I love the theme song too, love how you want to love and live how you want to live and be closer to free. If you didn't see this the first time and you love great drama with likable characters, check this out.
