Summary: Please turn Voyager episodes into DVD...please
Review: I am an avid fan of Voyager. I have seen all episodes of the series. It has humor, friendship, love, leadership, adventure and most of all family. I love watching Voyager episodes over and over again so I actually taped all seven seasons on VHS. I really hope the DVD version like TNG(I have completed the set) will come out soon.

Summary: PLEASE PLEASE GIVE US DVD, my tapes are wearing out!
Review: I have been a ST fan since I was seven years old (too many years ago now!) I never thought I would love anything more the TOS, but then along came Voyager. From the first second I was hooked, totally. It has every thing, humour, fantastic characters, superb FX, even the music surpasses all of the other series'. And of course being a girlie myself, having a Sci Fi series where the three strongest characters a female is just an added bonus. I am also a self confessed borg freak - there can NEVER be too much Borg. I NEED DVD NOW!!![...] I am wearing out my tapes. And to the TPTB at Paramount - we MUST have a movie.

Summary: Worst of the Spin-Off Series
Review: Star Trek-Voyager had plenty of potential: a lost starship 70 years away from home with a crew of mixed StarFleet and Maquis rebels. It was a way to TRULY explore new worlds and new civilizations.

Unfortunately, it was not to be so. What resulted was a series that tried to be plot-twisty and technical, but ended up getting pompus and bogged-down in it's own self-glory. The characters are boring for the most part. The only interesting characters were the Holographic Doctor and Seven of Nine. In the end, the writers and producers clearly realized this becuase more than half the episodes were devoted to these two. How many times can we see "The Doctor Explores His Humanity" or "7 of 9 Explores Her Humanity"? It got old.

The show also suffered from the "quick wrap-up" at the end of each story. You'd have 47 minutes of over-complicated drivel wrapped up with a captain's log entry saying something like "anyway, in the end it all worked out and we managed to get a little closer to Earth" without any REAL conclusion.

The following is a list of the episodes for Voyager:

1. "Paris Is Idiot of the Week"--Swashbuckling Tom Paris gets himself into trouble yet again with an unknown alien culture, that charming rascal!

2. "Holodeck Tomfoolery"--Since our show and characters are so bland, we'll go to a malfunctioning Holodeck to remove the audience from this boring time and place our show is set in and have our characters play DIFFERENT characters (this was done a lot!)

3. "Space Anomoly of the Week"--Voyager is traped in a bizzare space/time anomoly that changes the crew's perceptions of reality and gives you some real good "Twilight Zone" moments. In the end, one character must gather their wits to save Voyager.

4. "Crash Landing on Alien Planet"--Borrowing liberally from "Battlestar: Galactica's" massive success with this highly original idea, take a crew member that hasn't gotten a lot of screen time and crash them on a planet for an hour. Fun!

5. "Time Paradox!"--Similar to "Anomoly of the Week", except the crew (or members of the crew) are caught in a changed timeline that is sure to be back to normal by the end of the show. Filled with confusing technobabble and contrived character situations.

6. "Borg!"--Completely ruining the best Trek villians ever, oh what fun! We'll bargain with the unbargainable, reason with the unreasonable, and defeat the undefeatable!! Long gone are the days of "Best of Both Worlds"...now the Borg are a ratings gimick. I'm suprised the crew didn't end up inviting them to a Christmas party in the interest of intergalactic understanding.

7. "Seven of Nine Explores Her Humanity"--Ratings gimmick Jeri Ryan pouts and looks confused while viewers hope that she will have a breakthrough moment in finding her humanity. Most are actually just staring at the catsuit, which is all Paramount really wants anyway.

8. "The Doctor Explores His Humanity"--The Holographic Doctor, doing his best "Mr. Data" impression, tries to discover his own place in a human world. Useless, contrived drivel.

It's a shame, because every other "Trek" series is top-notch. Even the very different "Deep Space Nine" has its own place in the franchise. Unfortunately, most of "Voayger's" adventures should have stayed in the Delta Quadrent...

Summary: greatest fan of voyager
Review: Voyager is by far the best tv series i have ever seen. the stories are unusual and have great repetitive value. i am watching voyager series for the 3rd time in a row. I have seen all seven season 2 times before. I now idetentify voyager crew as if i know them personally. Katherine janeway is by far the best captain of the federation, and ofcourse too sexy to resist(no bad eye intended). I like chakotay's matureness, belanas impulsiveness, toms mischief, kess's sweet voice, ceskas deceive, tuvok's irritating coldness, inocent kim, neelixs jelousy, and doctors boastfullness. If i have missed anyone, then maybe i am too overwhelmed to express further. I also liked the voyager ship. Its the most atratcitve federation ship till now. If the entire collection of all seven seasons are on VCD/DVD, i will be the first one to buy it. I have been recording all the episodes on VHS tapes for later viewing, when the series ceases to air. Thank you star trek for such a great entertainement. Love to all voyager actors and actresses for such a great performance. regards, dr akash rajpal.( ps: i feel happy when i add a loyal voyager fan beacuse of my recomendation.)DEAR STAR TREK PLEASE PLEASE MAKE A VOYAGER MOVIE.

Summary: The best Star Trek series of all time!!!! #1!
Review: Five stars is far too low a rating for Star Trek Voyager! Five stars hardy describes it! This Star Trek has everything a trekkie wants and much much more. When the whole series is out on DVD I will get them no question! Voayger is the ultimate saga of redemption and of people struggling to change their lives for the better as well as to help the needs of others. Chakotay and his crew winning back their starfleet honor, Tom Paris starting out as a convict and ending up as husband to B'Elanna Torres and a father to a baby girl, B'Elanna Torres finding her place in the universe alongside Paris and their daughter, Neelix rejoining the remainder of his race, Tuvok reunited with his family and becoming a grandfather, Seven of Nine reborn as a human and finally regaining her lost humanity, and finally, Kathryn Janeway herself defying all the laws of time and destiny as she returns to her huanting past to save Voyager's crew from fates that will otherwise haunt them for the rest of their lives and to help save the lives of billions of innocent people throughout the galaxy from her worst enemy, the Borg Queen. With creatures far beyond any Star Trek series yet made and with sturggles and battles that test their courage and love for each other to the utmost limits, Janeway and her crew grow as close to each other as family. In just the course of seven years in the unknown reaches of the galaxy, they change the name of the Federation forever. A rating I would give to Voyager would be twenty to thirty stars!

Summary: Best crew on Star Trek
Review: The series had the best crew on both sides.

1) Captain Janeway's crew had very very talented people. They were innovative and productive. You could see, that they were good at what they were doing. You could actually believe that they could manage to survive in tense conditions.

2) They had the best crew of filmmakers. Best Star Trek writers and best directors (including old Trek veterans Jonathan Frakes and LeVar Burton), best line of actors (as a crew if you look at The Next Generation there always were weaker links like Deanna Troi, Dr. Crusher and Wesley Crusher), best continuity and best special effects people (for TV).
Of course the series had some weak episodes but that is always like this for tv series, even X files have some booooring episodes. But overall those novice or weak episodes contribute to the continuity of the show. Wfich all sums up and finalize in The Ending Game.

It will be great to see them in a lively dvd version.

Summary: Star Trek Voyager is the Greatest!
Review: Voyager is still my favorite TV show. The characters, the ship and their adventures as they try to get back to the Alpha quadrant were, and still are, very engaging. It's easy to see how Reginald Barkley became obsessed with Voyager and her crew.

I would buy the whole series if it were available on DVD!

Summary: Best Trek Ever
Review: Voyager is the best of trek, best writing, best cast, and best special effects. Not since the original series do you get the sense that this crew is "alone" exploring space and new worlds. With Paramount releasing The Next Generation series during 2002, and supposedly DS9 starting in February 2003, I'm afraid we may have to wait until 2004 for this wonderful trek and science fiction series to come to DVD.

Summary: Seven of Nine, Resistance is irrelevant.
Review: I was not a great fan of Voyagers fist two and a half seasons, perhaps as they were just working out their characters and how the series should develop. I much prefered DS9. However, as the previous reviewer pointed out; then came Seven of Nine...

The talented and beautiful Jerry Ryan added the much needed impetus into Voyager. Both viewing figures and pulses soared as this lady borg stepped on to the bridge of Voyager. Going through Borg space, encountering the borg's new enemy and various stories being linked together was the best aspect of the later seasons. I will definately buy Voyager when it comes out as a DVD Boxset...
