Rating: Summary: I LOVED IT!! Review: It was a great movie. The only problem is that it was nothing like the show. I have this major crush on Kevin Kline so, of corse I wanted to see it. Dr. Lovless had been cut in half instead of being a midget. James West is between James Bond and John Wayne. Artimis Gorden is like, just cool. He hs all these little gizmos and gadgets that do, just about evrything. Everybody I know says it was a good movie and I agree full hartedly.

Rating: Summary: I love this movie!!! Review: I think it was great! Kevin Kline and Will Smith are wonderfully as Artie and Jim. I'll be first in line to get the movie when it comes out.
Rating: Summary: If You Loved The TV Show, You'll Hate This Wanna-Be Review: I hated this movie for 2 reasons. One, it didn't come close to the quality of the original TV series. Two, even without comparing this movie to the original Wild Wild West, the pace of the movie was sluggish which made it very tedious to watch. If you want to see a great western, go watch the original series with Robert Conrad.
Rating: Summary: The West has never been this cool! Review: Will Smith and Barry Sonnenfield have done it again! It is my humble opinion every western should have Selma Hayek, a crazed bad guy who's only half there mentally and physically, and of course, an eighty - foot spider. My younger cousin and her friends loved it, too.
Rating: Summary: Wild Wild Willie - but really, Tame Tame Timmy Review: Wild Wild West stars Will Smith, Kenneth Branagh (not sure of this spelling), Salma Hayek (who can give Catherine Zeta Jones a run for her money) and Kevin Kline. The movie is based on the TV series also called Wild Wild West. The lead character is Jim West (played by Will Smith). His partner is played by Kevin Kline. They are entrusted by the US president to protect the free world. Anyway, they travel on this cool train. The movie has limited effects but is severely hampered by its scriptwriters style and storyline (or there lack of). The original series had more flair. The movie is saved by some witty lines and Will Smith's delivery. The sound effects are great and would make this DVD a worthwhile collection to anyone.
Rating: Summary: I wasn't dissapointed Review: I thought this movie was great! It was an ideal summer blockbuster! I thought that Will Smith and Kevin Kline made a hilarious match. It was a funny comedy and an exiting action action movie.Critics That give this movie bad reviews have to understand were this movie is comming from its not trying to be another Casablanca, itis trying to be a funny, exiting entertaining summer movie. And It succeds. I would reccomend it to anyone.
Rating: Summary: A good movie, The critics were wrong again. Review: I enjoyed this movie despite all of the negetivity that it got from the press. While I'm far too young to remember the original T.V. show I still think this movie did a great job. It did however seem a little too far-fetched at times. The whole deal with the mechanical spider was too much. But The whole idea of having the bad guys being a bunch of mad ex-confederates was great. They also made the film historically acurate, Grant was president in 1869 and that was the year the transcontinential railroads were finally joined in Utah. This is a movie anyone can watch. It is not overly or graphically violent, very little swearing, and its just plain fun to watch. I recommend it to anyone who likes to watch movies to be entertained by them. Which in my opinion is their number one responsibility.
Rating: Summary: funny Review: This is one of those movies that make you laugh and have a good time, of course the plot it's bad, and the situations in the movie are absurd. But you can have a good time with the clowninngs that Will Smith and Kivin Cline make. And Kenneth Brannagh looks impressive with just half body.
Rating: Summary: What Were They Thinking? Review: Wild Wild West is one of those movies that make you wonder just what were they thinking when this movie was being made. One thing that is absolutely essential for enjoying a movie is the suspension of disbelief. That is, you have to be able to believe that what's on the screen could really happen the way that things on the screen are happening. The things that go on in this movie make that impossible. Example: there is a gigantic steam-powered spider. Even with today's advanced technology, such a contraption would be just about impossible to build and get to operate properly, let alone in 1869. Once again: What were they thinking?
