Summary: This DVD belongs in the hall of fame.
Review: An outstanding dvd and a great piece of wrestling history. I could've watched this for hours and hours more. Bobby Heenan was great, so was Pete Rose. Only one that bothered me was the pretentious and self-absorbed Jesse Ventura. No wonder people of Minnesota are glad to see him gone.

Rating: 4 stars
Summary: Ahhh, memories
Review: I must say I love this dvd set. The only reasons I couldn't give it a full 5 stars is because of 2 particular matches being chosen to showcase 4 inductees. I'm talking about JYD vs Harley Race from WrestleMania 3 & Tito Santana vs Greg Valentine. I was glad to see Santana vs Valentine - that is the 1st match I can distinctly remember watching back when I first got hooked on wrestling. Also the Confidential bits could have used less hacking. I love & miss Confidential, & Bobby Heenan & Superstar were 2 of my favorite segments. But, it is cool to see Superstar Graham win the WWWF Championship, Don Muroco win the WWF Intercontinental Title, & Sgt. Slaughter setting the standard for blood-loss. I would highly recommend this dvd to anyone old enough to truly remember these wrestling greats.

Summary: An Amazing DVD for Old School Wrestling Fans!!
Review: The WWE Hall of Fame DVD is an incredible piece of work. You can feel the mutual admiration not only from the new generation of WWE Superstars, but also among the honorees and those who had the pleasure of inducting them. For people like me who grew up watching all 10 WWE Hall of Famers (not to mention Pete Rose), it's a wonderful way to relive those glory days.

Kudos to the WWE who apparently did not cut one bit of the inductees speeches. Bobby Heenan absolutely steals the entire night. He was never funnier.

You put this together with the Ric Flair DVD and you have a wonderful library of old-school memories.

Summary: HALL OF FAME 2004
Review: This is #23 out of 130 greatest WWE DVD's. This gets very boring to people who watch wrestling today because the wrestling on this DVD was old school which I find interesting but today's fan would not.

It has different speeches from different Hall of Famers and matches on the Extras disc. Some of the speeches are funny and they are real. Get this DVD if you like Old School wrestling.

Summary: Hall of Fame
Review: This is a great DVD for all who like to hear and see the older superstars. All of the speeches were heart felt and there were many great stories. Bobby "The Brain" Heenan's speech was especially interesting and funny. The extras on this DVD are also good. There are a few good matches and promos, but not enough extra stuff on Harly Race for the great that he was and still is. I definetly recommend this DVD to every body, history lover or not, because it is full of insight and is just a great DVD!

Summary: touching and inspiring
Review: Truly an amazing and unforgettable DVD experience that even new WWE fans will get a kick out of. The best part of the DVD is Bobby Heenans speech that had everyone on their feet. Heenan is just the type of guy that you never get bored of listening to and could haver been a very successfull stand up comic if he wanted to. The other great part is Jessy Ventura saying that there ought to be a wrestler in the white house someday and how wrestling prepared him to become a politician. The rest of the stuff is also very classic and shows you what these men sucrificed to entertain all of the fans over the years. Without them there would be no RAW or Smackdown. As far as the extras go, its something only older fans would appreciate because those matches differ from the ones of today in a very big way and if seen would be considered rather boring. The ceremony itself though is priceless

Summary: A Great Piece Of Wrestling History!!!!!
Review: WWE Hall Of Fame is perhaps one of the greatest wrestling DVDs out there today. First there's the ceremony to induct the new 11 hall of famers. Each is inducted by someone who was very impactful on their career. Then theres the heartful speeches made by the 11. This ceremony was a grat peice of nostgia of how great wrestling was.Like the other reviewers I agree that Bobby the Brain Heenan stole the show with his comedic yettouching speech.
Ok on to the extras:
Superstar Billy Graham has a confidential peice on his career and a classic promo as the champ gives his most famous lines. His match is against Bruno Sammartino from 1977. This is the night the Superstar becomes the Champ. Good Match, intense for back then.

Pete Rose has his three Wrestlemania apperances. And a easter egg featuring the No Mercy 2002 commercial.

Big john Studd has an interview with Buddy Rogers in the Rogers Corner, stating how he's better than Andre The Giant. Then there's a match against the gaint. The match takes pace in 1983 and appears to be a body slam contest. One may be dissapointed with the outcome.

Sgt. Slaughter has a interview about apoligizing to his country. Then theres a match vs Pat Patterson, thats an alley fight. This match comes with alt. Commentary from Slaughter, Patterson, and Michael Cole.Watch for Slaughter to take the "Slaughter Bump" and bleed badly! This was my fav. match on the DVD.

Bobby Heenan four classic moments on Prime Time Wrestling. Then theres a peice on him from confidential and a peice on his first day in the business. All great. There's also an easter egg on how he got his nickname "weasal"

Greg Valentine and Tito Santana unfortunity doesn't contain any promos or interviews. However, it does contain there IC title match from '85. This is the very first IC title match inside a steel cage. Although not as long as cage matches of today this was my 2nd fav. match of he DVD.These were two of my favorites growing up so it was great to see a match together The only bad thing is the commentating. Gorillera Monsoon was too calm and seemed to be a moment ahead of the action. There's the final easter egg here describing how Greg Valentine got the nickname the "Hammer".

JYD and King Harley Race contains there match from Wrestlemania 3, not Sat.nights Main Event as listed. This was the match I liked the least, its 6min. and I already own WrestleMania 3. JYD has a Promo from later in the year. And Race as a promo back in the Mid-Atlantic World Wide Wrestling show.

Don Muraco has an intertaining interview back as IC champion. His match was against Pedro Morales. This was the match that he won the IC title in.The match was good, but to todays standards a little slow.

Jesse Ventura has an interview about his upcoming match vs Bob Backlund. Then you get to see this World championship match. Hall Of Famer Ivan Putski is the guest ref.

All in all this is a great DVD. You get 2 IC title matches , one is in a cage. 2 World title matches. A match from Wrestlemania, a body slam match, and one of the greatest matches ever! A must have for any fan of the past.
