Summary: At least it was better than Royal Rumble...
Review: ...Which, believe me, was not that good, as you would see if you checked out my review for it on July 28. No Way Out 2003 had a different rhythm; basically what Undertaker said in February after he returned: "Shut up and fight."
The crowd is much better than Boston's Fleet Center people (where the Rumble was held), who seemed to just wave and clap for no reason and apparently knew nothing about wrestling. Maybe it's because this PPV is held in Montreal, Canada. As always, I'll start at the beginning. The announcing isn't all that good for the RAW side of this show, because J.R. is temporarily out from Eric Bischoff's attack on their recent broadcast. So instead we have Jonathan Coachman alongside Jerry Lawler. Except Jonathan Coachman cannot announce. When Michael Cole sounds intelligent in comparison, you know Coach must be bad.
Thankfully, I can't say the same for the matches in No Way Out 2003. First up is Chris Jericho and Jeff Hardy. I don't know what's up with all the Hardy-bashing, but Jeff put on a great performance with Jericho here. Lots of near falls and suspenseful moments. Of course, Jericho wins, but Shawn Michaels runs in when Jericho continues to torture Hardy after the match. The crowd gave him a good reaction, surprisingly.
Next is a tag match: Rob Van Dam and Kane challenge Lance Storm and William Regal for the belts. It's good until the dumb ending, when Storm turns Kane's mask around and he takes out RVD by mistake.
Then we have our Cruiserweight title match, with Matt Hardy having lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks to slide under the weight limit. But since Kidman is a high-flier and Matt Hardy isn't, it's disappointing in some ways. But there are still good moves, and best of all, Hardy wins with a Twist of Fate off the top rope. Not that he didn't deserve to get slapped in the face by his brother Jeff before the match.
Undertaker and Big Show are next. Sweet and amusing buildup to this match, with Big Show using Paul Heyman to try and apologize for injuring 'Taker last year. Since Undertaker can't pick up a guy like the Big Show, who weighs 500 pounds, he resorts to lots of punching and stuff. Yet somehow, the match is not a sleeper. Especially when Undertaker, a 40-year-old ground veteran, dives right out of the ring to hit both Heyman and A-Train on the outside! Unbelievable. Proof that Undertaker may still have it. Plus, he wins by submission.
The six-man tag match pitting Edge, Chris Benoit and Brock Lesnar against the entire Team Angle is [messed] up when Edge gets "taken out" backstage, although they just did that because he needed neck surgery for some reason. So then it's Benoit and Lesnar going it alone. The match was missing something without Edge there, but it was okay.
And, as if the Royal Rumble fiasco were not career-threatening enough for Triple H and Scott Steiner, now they have a rematch going. Triple H is a liar when he says he "went 30 minutes with Freakzilla." Actually, he went only 18 minutes, and they were nevertheless 18 of the most boring minutes in wrestling history. Triple H now has Randy Orton, Batista and Ric Flair on his side as a group called the Evolution, which seems somewhat pointless. I've seen enough drek from the DX angle to last me the rest of my life. Anyway, the rematch is mercifully short, and Triple H of course wins it. Steiner will probably never be allowed at a main event ever again, so everything looks fine now. Big load off my mind. Still, Triple H seriously needs to lose that belt.
Perhaps a rather overrated part of the PPV is Steve Austin returning to RAW and having a match with Eric Bischoff. This isn't even a match; Austin just beats him up for five or six minutes, which I don't care about because I kind of like Eric Bischoff. Besides, Austin's knees look in worse shape than Hulk Hogan's. He's wearing huge Indiana-sized braces on both of them, for Pete's sake.
Oh yeah. And speaking of Hulk Hogan, he has a pretty good rematch with The Rock, now turned heel. Rock has a cool new tatoo and I actually liked his new music and video. Of course, there is no way that this measured up to their match at Wrestlemania 18. That was, from what I've heard, a quality and memorable wrestling match. This was basically a trash-talking fest in what seems to be Screwjob City, at least in the WWE's grand scheme of things. I mean, the Bret Hart debacale in '97 was bad enough; why did they have Vince McMahon cheat Hogan out of the victory? I guess it was to build up to Wrestlemania, but still. At least the announcers don't bore us to death with Wrestlemania hype, which lets No Way Out 2003 ultimately stand on its own as a decent PPV.

Summary: No Way Out 2003 Rocks The House!
Review: Of the 3 big head line matches, I liked 2 of them. The one I was a little disappointed with was the rematch of hogan vs. rock because of what Vince McMahon did to Hogan. But the Stone Cold Steve Austin vs. Eric Bishoff match was great and extremely funny! I laughed so hard at what Stone Cold did to Bishoff that I fell off the couch! It was great! Big Poppa Pump did an excellent job of holding his own against the World Champ Triple H. Unfortunately, something happened that gave Triple H the advantage to retain the title. But also the Undertaker vs. The big Show, WOW! Talk about two of the biggest power houses in the business other than Brock Lesnar. And while we are talking about Brock Lesnar I must mention the AWESOME two on three handicapped match Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit vs. Kurt Angle and his two side kicks collectively known as "Team Angle" Charlie Haas and Shelton Benjamin. Wow! This is a MUST HAVE for any fan of the
World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Business. As those two famous movie critics would say, "Two Thumbs WAY UP!"

Summary: Good but yet so far
Review: Good pay-per-view, but not quite as good as Survivor Series 2002.

What can I say the openning match [was great],
Chris Jericho vs Jeff hardy. Lots of high flying maneuvers and an a good ending to it.

Well, The most unique team of the RAW roster lost again
Kane & RVD vs William Regal & Lance Storm.(world tag titles)
Good match, with RVD performing some high flying action.
Kane always messing things up.

Matt Hardy vs Billy Kidman.(cruiserweigth champioship)
Matt work [very hard] to enter the cruiserwegth division and he did it. After all that work, finally paid off as he became the new Cruiserweigth champion.

Undertaker vs Big Show.
A match where two mammoths collided. Once teacher and student , Taker took Big Show to school. Great Win for Big Evil.

Great six man tag match.
Team Angle & Kurt Angle vs Lesnar, Benoit & Edge.
Too bad Edge got injured befor the match. Still it was one of the greates match of this pay-per-view.

A boring match between Triple H and Scott Steiner.(world heavyweigth championship)
No chemistry in the match at all.

Stone Cold's return was the best part of this pay-per-view.
Eric Bishoff got [beaten]by the Texas Rattle Snake.

The Rock vs Hogan.
a better match than the one they had at wrestlemania 18, with a very interesting ending to it. Finally the Rock turn heel(bad guy) after 4 years.

The DVD extras are awesome. Specially Stone Cold's Return to RAW after RAW went of the air!

And this pay-per-view is a good one to have because it's building all the momentum to Wrestlemania XIX.

Summary: What? What?? WHAT???
Review: Stone Cold Steve Austin makes his return after a 7-month exile from the WWE. Eric Bischoff, the General Manager of RAW, attempts to sign Stone Cold on RAW in order not to be fired in 30 days. A good PPV! These are the matches:

Chris Jericho Vs. Jeff Hardy (5/10) A good opener!

World Tag Team Championship
RVD & Kane VS. William Regal & Lance Storm (4/10)

WWE Crusierweight Championship
Billy Kidman VS. Matt Hardy (w/Shannon Moore) (4.5/10)

SIX-MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
Brock Lesnar, Chris Benoit and Edge Vs. Team Angle (6/10) Despite Team Angle got rid of Edge before the match, Brock and Benoit did a great job!

UNDERTAKER VS. BIG SHOW (W/PAUL HEYMAN) (6.5/10)

World Heavyweight Championship
Scott Steiner Vs. Triple H (W/Ric Fliar, Bastisa and Randy Orton) (2/10) No point in watching this unless you're a Triple H fan.

Stone Cold Steve Austin VS. Eric Bischoff (10/10)

Everyone who watched Eric Bischoff kicked J.R.'s ass the previous Monday, will be happy to see the rattlesnake kick the crap out of Eric Bischoff. A Texas-sized ass whumping as J.R. tells us at the end of the match.

The Rock VS.Hulk Hogan (1.5/10)
This is no rematch from last year's WrestleMania. This was sooo against Hulk Hogan it wasn't funny. First, the lights went out and the Refferre is down. Vince McMahon comes to ringside to distract Hogan. Meanwhile, the Refferree pushes the steel chair to The Rock and the rock wins with the help with the chair. After the match, Vince mocks Hogan.

Summary: Stone Cold Action
Review: This pay-per-view is so much better than the previous Royal Rumble. This event had it all from pure technical wrestling to all out brawling. Here is my opinion of the matches. (I won't tell winners.)

Chris Jericho vs. Jeff Hardy
This is a great match between these two. High flying, non-stop action all the way through.*****

World Tag Team Title Match
Rvd and Kane vs. William Regal and Lance Storm
At first, Rvd and Storm make it look good, but of course the match slows down as the match progresses.***

Cruiserweight Title
Billy Kidman vs. Matt Hardy
Pretty good cruiserweight action. Matt is an alright champ, but Billy Kidman would be a whole lot better.****

Brock Lesnar and Chris Benoit vs. The whole Team Angle
Edge was scheduled to be in this match, but he was taken out backstage. Great, fast paced match with lots of build-up. To me, this is a pure wrestling classic.***** +

Undertaker vs. Big Show
This was not bad, but it wasn't that good either. At first its good, but it slows down after a while. Similar to the Tag Team Title match.***

World Heavyweight Title
Triple H vs. Scott Steiner
Okay, i'll make this plain and simple. There is a match with very entertaining build-up. When the match starts, you are bored to death watching two extremely awful and slow wrestlers. This match isn't as bad as the royal rumble match, but still not worth your time.**

Stone Cold vs. Eric Bischoff
This is the greatest return match of all time. Stone Cold whoops Eric Bischoffs @$$. Entertainment all the way through, and good old J.R. goes nuts.

Rock vs. Hogan part 2
This match once again stole the show. Some may not agree with that statement. Amazing. Hulk Hogan still rules and The Rock is still one of the most talented.***** +

This is NOT a waste of time or money. This event is just as good as WrestleMania XiX. Great Buy.

Summary: Good.
Review: This WWE PPV wasn't bad. It had some pretty good matches on it. Stone cold Steve Austin takes on Eric Bischoff. This match was no classic, however, Eric does get the living daylights beaten out of him, and even recieves four stunners! The Rock vs. Hulk Hogan 2 turned out to be a much better bout than the one they had at Wrestlemania 18 last year. Keep your eyes peeled on The Rock, as he finally turns heel (bad guy) for the first time in four years. Triple H vs. Scott Steiner was a dud. Triple H has become such a boring wrestler. He used to could have a good match with anybody, but as of late "The Game" has gone down hill big time, and this dull match proves just that.
Get this video if you're a true WWE fan. It's worth adding to your collection. It's got some pretty good matches, and it's got some pretty lame ones, too, but it's still a good PPV.

Summary: enough triple hhh
Review: This event just gave us a bad feeling before wrestlemania 19,wondering if this ppv will be good enough to make us wait untill the big one ,let me tell you brother, hogan should put an end to his career .The hogan vs the rock 2 was terrible a non match with a halfass and an old man.the angle with steiner and hhh was one of the worst ive ever seen in the business ,thanks to angle and lesnar this ppv still got interest but it was a non title match with teamates. This ppv was unforgetable with the return of austin, the last time we saw him was at insurextion02 against big show.Despite the lack of work between stories (u know what steiner? im better than u,no ,so lets make a bodybuilding contest pfff...)the ppv was entertaining with some good matches such as the tag team championship with the alliance of rvd and kane.A mix of opposite styles to summ-up this ppv.

Rating: 3 stars
Summary: No Way Out 2003 Review
Review: This PPv is filler, at best, between the Royal Rumble & Wrestlemania. The best matches were Y2J vs. Jeff Hardy, Benoit & Brock vs. Team Angle, and Kidman vs. Matt Hardy. The Rock/Hogan match was pretty decent, until the screwy ending. Save your $.
