Rating: Summary: Great value Review: For the price you can't beat it's S-vhs quality on a standard vhs tape. You can hook it to your cable, and get the S-video output, better picture than composite out on most cable boxes.
Rating: Summary: The worst high resolution vcr ever Review: I've had three of these models, none lasted longer than 3 months. The heads go bad quickly. Tracking is nearly impossible and the resolution, even using super-vhs tapes, is nowhere near the quality of the high end JVC machines. Spend the extra $$$ and get the JVC HRS-9900U top of the line model. You only get what you pay for and you don't get much from a low price super vhs machine.
