TOSHIBA W627 VHS VCR

Summary: Jumpy Picture.
Review: Have owned my Toshiba W627 for 6 months. The picture started jumping about a month ago. Now it jumps so badly that we can't watch it. Cleaning did not help. The Warranty was only for 3 months, so I can't return it. We had our RCA for over 5 years before it gave us any trouble. I would not buy anything Toshiba again.
