Summary: VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW PANASONIC VCR
Review: Over the years I've always bought Panasonic vcr's and was quite satisfied. They were one of the few companies who would include 3 recording speeds. I especially like this new model PV-V4622 - love the commercial advance feature and the time stamp. It rewinds very fast although you can control this and found the remote very easy to use. I hooked it up yesterday and tried recording and playback and found it wonderful. I like it so much that I want to order two more to replace my other vcr's. I love the commercial advance feature. Plus I was pleased with the playback picture after taping something. I give it 5 stars!!

Summary: 5 weeks old and it spits the tape right back out!!
Review: We have purchased Panasonic equipment for the past 10 to 15 years, and have had good results, until now, that is. The latest acquisition was a Panasonic PV-V4622 VCR, which arrived July 25, 2002. On September 9, the unit failed; put a tape in, 15 to 20 seconds later, the tape came back out, slightly wrinkled. Tried several tapes, same result. Boxed the unit up and sent it off to Panasonic's repair facility. If you purchase one of these, keep the shipping box handy.
