Rating: Summary: Awful, absoulutely awful. Review: This is absoulutely rubbish, take my advice and don't buy it. I was expecting a good show but what I got was terrible wrestling and I didn't like it.This is the first new (1998-) WWF show I have seen and it was a real let down. Dudley Boyz Vs Edge and Christian didn't have many exiting moves in it and the ending to Chyna Vs Ivory was the worst ending to a match I have ever seen. Benoit Vs Jericho was OKish but nothing amazing. I was expecting a lot from Angle Vs HHH but I got nothing. The Royal Rumble match Was really boring and I don't think anyone was supprised with Stone Cold winning. WWF has too many boring storylines and I'm getting really fed up with it. Rent or buy some WCW Wrestling Videos if you want real wrestling not this TRASH!
Rating: Summary: RRR (Royal Rumble Rocks!) Review: The movie is awesome!!!!! Here are the matches: Edge and Christian(champions) vs. the Dudley Boyz for the tag team titles. Chris Benoit(champion) vs. Chris Jericho in a ladder match for the Intercontinental championship. Ivory(champion) vs. Chyna for the Women's championship. Kurt Angle(champion) vs. Triple HHH for the WWF title and last but not least, the 30 men Royal Rumble. This Royal Rumble video is probably the best Royal Rumble ever. Trust me. You will like this movie. I figured out who won the WWF championship at WrestleMania 17 a couple of weeks ago but I don't want to tell you because when it comes out on movie on May 8th, you can watch that championship match. ( Not unless you watched WrestleMania on Pay Per View a couple of weeks ago. But I just want to tell you one more thing... This movie Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to mention one of my friends who loves this movie. My name is Michael Sweeney, and my friend's name who loves this movie is Patrick Grasso.
Rating: Summary: Best Rumble EVER Review: No doubt, Royal Rumble 2001 was great. Dudleyz and Edge and Christian kicked off the greatest Rumble ever off with a fast paced back and fourth match that had me on the edge of my seat with very creative manuevers. Benoit vs. jericho ladders match...nuff said (best match of night). Ivory and Chyna was entertaining really and gave us a break from the action and was actually funny. Angle vs.HHH was great old school technical affair and has to be seen to be believed. PLUS the most unpredictable, fun, mini hardcore Rumble to date!!! the road to Wrestlemania X-Seven kicked off in a huge way

Rating: Summary: Royal Rumble 2001 Review: Royal Rumble 2001 was without a doubt one of the best ppvs ever. It started 2001 with a bang. The Rumble match was amazing with 5 big superstars in it Undertaker,Rock,Austin,Kane,Rikishi. Aswell as the Rumble Match there was 4 other matches and they were all title matches. The tag titles were defended by Edge+Christian against The Dudley Boyz in a very good opener. The Intercontinental title was defended in an amazing ladder match between Benoit and Jericho. The Womens title was on the line between Ivory and Chyna and the WWF Title was on the line in a match between Angle and HHH with Trish in Kurt's corner and Stephanie in HHH's corner. The Royal Rumble match had a few surprise entrys including Drew Carey yes Drew Carey. The event only has 4 matches and the rumble but it still lasts the 3 hours and I have to say all the matches are good except maybe the Womens title but that match has a very interesting and sad ending. I would highly recomend this video. If u haven't seen it and don't know what happens u will enjoy it even more as it is very exciting.
Rating: Summary: Very entertaining PPV! Review: Overall, I thought this was a very entertaining Royal Rumble. The first match with the Dudley Boyz winning the Tag Team titles from Edge & Christian was a great opening match. But the second match Chris Benoit vs. Chris Jericho ladder match was by far the show stealer. Both wrestlers put on a first-rate masterpiece with this match (especially with Jericho hitting Benoit over the head with a chair as Benoit was flying over the ropes). Ivory retaining the Women's title over Chyna wasn't a surprise, since I figured Chyna wouldn't win because she was about to go on her book promotion tour (that's the reason for the neck injury angle). That was the worst match on the card. Kurt Angle vs. Triple H for the WWF Title was a great technical wrestling based match. Unfortunately, the fans didn't seem interested for a while since both Angle and HHH are heels, but it got interesting once Stephanie and Trish started fighting and when Steve Austin interfered and cost HHH the title. And the Royal Rumble match was the best I've ever seen with plenty of great surprises (Drew Carey, returns of Honky Tonk Man and Big Show). Steve Austin won the Royal Rumble, but as far as I'm concerned Kane was the MVP because he was so dominant for over an hour by eliminating a lot of wrestlers, taking and dishing a lot of punishement, and putting a big scare in Drew Carey. Highly recommended for all WWF fans!!!
Rating: Summary: great ppv Review: this was exciting. the royal rumble match was the greatest rumble so far. it was very hardcore. unbeleivable how after triple h beat up stone cold right before he goes in the rumble and still is able to win. the ic ladder match between jericho and benoit was just amazing. it was so underrated. the match was just great. the chyna and ivory match was just plain terrible.
Rating: Summary: A Classic Royal Rumble Review: Royal Rumble was very exicting and started off 2001 with a bang! Here are a run down of the matches and what I thought of them. 1.Edge & Christian vs. Dudley Boys (Tag Team Titles)-This match was very solid and it had some very entertaining moments. It was a great match to get the crowd pumped and ready for the rest of the show. 2.Chris Jericho vs. Chris Benoit (IC Title-Ladder Match)-This match is worth the price of the tape alone. One of the greatest ladder matches of all time, showcasing the daring and technical styles of both Canadians. 3.Chyna vs. Ivory (Women's Title)-Worst match on the card, but thankfully it is kept short. 4.Triple H vs. Kurt Angle(WWF Title)-Another great match, showing the imposing styles of both men. HHH and Angle work with each other well and it shows during the match. 5.Royal Rumble Match-30 men enter in a over the top battle royal in where the winner will vie for the WWF Title at Wrestlemania X-Seven. Very entertaining and a very mystery guests!
Rating: Summary: Great PPV! The Rumble is great. Review: Aside from the Chyna Vs. Ivory match which was total crap in my opinion, "Royal Rumble 2001" was a terrific PPV. The Dudley Boys took home the tag belts in a great opening match with Edge and Christian. It wasn't the Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match of "Summerslam 2000" but it was a great way to open it up. The ladder match for the IC belt between Benoit and Jericho was phenominal. This was some of the best one on one wrestling I had seen in a while in the WWF with both wrestlers more than outdoing what they do best. EXCELLENT MATCH. The match between Angle and Triple H for the title was sort of weak but nevertheless a good match. Both Angle and Triple H are great at what they do and while this wasn't their best effort it was certainly entertaining. The Rumble was very good despite some dumb comic relief from Drew Carey (though Honkey Tonk Man's return was pretty funny). Big Show also came back for about a minute but managed to choke slam everyone including putting the Rock throught the Spanish announcing table. Kane owned the rumble for he was like the 6th man in and the last out after being defeated by Austin. Definately a good PPV all in all.
