Summary: Solid Show, Awesome DVD
Review: For all the hype there was to wrestlemania XX, there is no doubt about it that it had to take alot to actually live up to challenge. The show itself from begiinhg to end was very entertaining. I have ceratainly seen better though. After being a long time wrestling fan and seeing every wrestlemania, I would rank it as one of the top five, but there were clearly, atleast three or four better Wrestlemania's better than this. Buying the DVD, was a great bargain for me. Including the frony cover and overall packaging, the actual show, and all the extras there is not many better things you can for 25 to 30 bucks. I have never seen a Wrestling DVD with more extras. Overall it was very entertaining, for me to purchase the DVD.

Summary: WrestleMania: Where All The B.S. Begins Again!!!
Review: First of all, they started this year of quite nicely, The Royal Rumble event was great, since it featured Chris Benoit winning the Royal Rumble Match and going to WrestleMania XX. Even No Way Out 2004 was good, since we saw Eddie Guerrero capture the WWE Championship by defeating Brock Lesner. This years WrestleMania didn't live up to the hype. I expected better matches, more special guests and much better outcomes from the event. The Card for WrestleMania XX Match 1: WWE United States Championship
John Cena def. The Big Show via. Pinfall
(Nice way to start off the event with a title change and finally Cena captures a championship. This match wasn't brillant, but then again I didn't think much of the match to begin with.) Match 2: World Tag Team Championships/Fatal Four Way Match
RVD & Booker T def. La Resistance/Mark Jindrak & Garrison Cade/Dudley Boyz via. Pinfall
(Kind of a hectic match. I can' believe they put Booker Tin this position. I mean come on, he deserves better than that. He teams up with a losser, who ain't going nowhere and ends up defending the tag titles. Last year Booker T was facing Triple H for the World Title, now he's in a worthless match. I felt they should have given Booker T a little creditability, since he was a big star in WCW and one of the most decorated wrestler in WCW history. Also, I thought Jindrak & Cade should have won the Tag titles.) Match 3:
Christian def. Chris Jericho via. Pinfall
(Good match, with plenty of high spots and plenty of close falls. I didn't think Christian would be able to pull of a victory against Chris Jericho, but I guess they wanted a suprising ending, funny since the crowd didn't seem suprised. The ending was great as well, because Trish became a heel. That was kind of suprising since I didn't think the offical of the WWE would ever go that way. Oh well) Match 4: Handicap Tag Match
Evolution (Randy Orton, "Nature Boy" Ric Flair & Batista)def. The Rock-N-Sock Connection via. Pinfall
(Not much to get excited about, since it seemed like a normal handicap match you would probably see on RAW. I personally think Foley and Orton should have had their Hardcore match at WrestleMania instead of Backlash, because I think that would have saved the WrestleMania event. The match wasn't too bad, we did get to see some funny antics by Flair. Good old Naitch and Randy Orton pinned Foley with the RKO that came out of nowhere) Match 5: Playboy Evening Gown Match

(...)Stupid sh*t like this makes me embarrsed that I am a wrestling fan. If I wanted to see sh*t like this, I would have ordered the Playboy Channel and see naked women. They could filled this card with a better match, but once again, Vince does what his stupid American fans want. (F***in' Yankees)!! Match 6: WWE Cruiserweight Championship/ Cruiserweight Open
Chavo Guerrero def. Rey Mysterio/Billy Kidman/Nunzio/Ultimo Dragon/Shannon Moore/Funaki/Jamie Knoble/Tajiri/Akio
(I kind of enjoy this match, because they had quite alot international stars, like Rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, Ultimo Dragon, Tajiri, Funaki and Akio. I was hoping Jamie Knoble would pick up the victory, Oh well, at least we got to see alot of highflying moves) Match 7: (Special Guest Ref - "Stone Cold" Steve Austin)
Goldberg def. Brock Lesner via. Pinfall
(What the hell was this! The match did nowhere near live up to the hype. I can't really blame Lesner, since the crowd were chanting "Na, Na, Na, Hey, Hey, Hey, Goodbye! I felt these two just wanted to get the match over with. The only good thing about the match is when they both got stunnered in the end.) Match 8: WWE Tag Team Championship/Fatal 4 Way Match

(Kind of a pointless match, I was hoping Hass & Benjamin would pull it off, or even the APA, but all we get is the Fatman and the worm man) Match 9: Women's Championship

(Oh great! I thought we were going to see the deadman, all we see is the bikertaker, just with a hat. He could have wore his old attire. I can't blame him if his hear isn't long enough. At least the entrance as cool, and Paul Bearer is back. But the match was kind of short and I thought Kane would win, but I guess they want The Undertaker to keep his records intact.) Match 12: World Heavyweight Championship/Triple Threat Match
Chris Benoit def. Triple H/Shawn Michaels via. Submission
(The best match on the card. Good moves, greats spots and we got to see the deserving Chris Benoit finally win the big one at the biggest stage of them all. I'll give credit to Triple H and Shawn Michaels, because it takes two to tango, in this case three. All three men put one hell of an effort. I didn't think Benoit would win at WrestleMania, I thought HHH would reatin his title at WrestleMania and drop his title to Benoit at Backlash, but I guess they wanted a better ending. Guerrero came after the match and celebrated with his long friend Benoit. Both men crying for all their sacrifice and hard work and at that it showed that it all paid off. WrestleMania XX also featured the Hall of Fame ceromony. This isn't the worst WrestleMania, but didn't live up to the Previous WrestleMania's. I still think in my opinion, WrestleMania X8 is the greatest so far, because we Hogan, Hall, Nash and Flair wrestle.

Electrifying. The Rock is one of the best on the mic and in the ring. Mick Foley is amazing. Ric Flair did a good job and Batista and Randy Orton are becoming more and more impressive.
9/10 5. Playboy evening gown match
A good filler of time. It gives the men what they want,so i give this a 10/10. 6.cruiser weight open

Worst match, the reason the ppv went down hill. I love both Goldberg and Lesnar but I expected both of them to fight,not just some staredown and their finishing moves. austin saved them. 2/10 8. Fatal 4 way for the wwe tag titles

OK match, Taker is better as the american badass cause of his age and skill. Kane hasnt looked better in a long time.very good opener but short match. 7/10 12. triple threat: Triple h vs.HBK vs.Chris Benoit
An amazing contest, I have great respect for all three of these men, but I think the right man came out on top. 10/10 Overall a great ppv, but not the best wrestlemania. Brock goldberg match brought the whole crowd down. Probably should have came on before the triple threat.

Review: RUBBISH PPV I ONLY GAVE 5 STARS BECAUSE OF THE CHRIS BENIOT VS TRIPLE H VS SHAWN MICHEALS MATCH AND FOR THE SPECIAL FEATURES.THE UNDERTAKER VS KANE MATCH WAS ALRIGHT ,THE CHRIS JERICHO VS CHRISTIAN MATCH WAS THE 2ND BEST MATCH,THE TAG MATCHES WERE OK,THEOTHERS WERE NOT VERY BAD AND NOT VERY GOOD.

John Cena started with an (o..k..) rap and then the match began slow but got better... JOHN CENA PICKING THE BIG SHOW UP... TWICE!!!! gay ending with a knuckle punch-FU but overall it was a great opener Tag Team championship

Summary: Worth the price for the card alone
Review: This is by far the best DVD I have ever purchased. The packaging is beautiful, while all of the extras on the DVD are amazing. WWE really outdid themselves this time. Many people have said that the card wasn't that good, but I thought it was one of the best cards in history. This card offered something for everyone. The card featured many different wrestling styles: hardcore, brawling, technical, high flying, slugfest. You name it, it was on this card. All of the matches were good, even Goldberg-Lesnar (i.e. I know the match sucked, and the crowd hated it, but if you watch the match with the volume muted, it is a pretty good match after all :) So, I recommend this to everyone. Get it before they release a sub par version for everyone who didn't get this. Trust me, you will be sorry.

Review: What can i say,BEST wrestlemania ever. 1st match- John Cena vs Big Show.
Good match slow paced but still good. Cena gets the crowd goin as usual. Cheezy endin where Cena used the Knucks and an F-U to beat the Big show. 7/10 2nd match- Rvd/Booker T vs Dudley boyz vs Jinjarak/Cade vs La ressistance.
Good Tag match lots of good moves especially when Bokker hit the scissor kicked on Rene Dupree and then RVD came out of knowhere with a Five Star. 7/10 3rd match- Christian vs Chris Jehrico.
Exelent match losts of text book wrestling and hight moves.
Jehrico controlled the 1st half of the match kicken Christians butt. Bad ending though with Christian Winning.9/10 4th match- Evolution vs The Rock and Sock connection.
Very good match one of the best of the night. Good moves and and a good performace by both sides.
Ric Flair and the Rock were funny especially the Rocks dance over Flair.

Not as good as expected and could of been much better,but still ok. The match got off to a slow start and the crowd even started to shout Borin Borin and it was. But got better as the match went on. The best bit was when Stone Cold stunned Goldberg and Lesnar at the end. 6/10 7th match- Scotty2Hotty/Rikishi vs Bashams vs APA vs Benjamin/Haas.
Poor match expected more. 5/10 8th match-Victoria vs Molly Holly.

BEST MATCH EVER.
All men put on a great performance.There was everything you expect from a main event , blood suprises good wrestleing moves etc.I was shocked when HBK and HHH worked together to suplex Benoit through the announcers desk.
The crowd even booed Michaels wich is unusual.
I wish HBK had of won but Benoit is just as good.
1000000000/10 This DVD is worth gettin for just the main event.
Its full of aciton packed matches with suprises and lost of extras just go and get it!

Review: I wrote a review and listed all the hidden easter eggs, but I also found out that the VHS version does not contain the complete card...here is the info that I recieved... WWE is issuing WrestleMania XX on VHS. However, the VHS version will only be 3 hours long. They chose to edit out the 2 Tag Team Title matches, The Cruiserweight match and all the vignettes. You would think they would have issued it as a 2 tape set. It almost sounds like this was done in an attempt for people to spend the extra $$ and buy the DVD. I wonder how RVD feels about this. Remember, he was none to thrilled back in 2003 when he couldnt get on Wrestlemania 19 yet Miller Cat Fight Girls Did. If you're with only a VHS, you wont see RVD @ Wrestlemania 20 either. This along with the hidden stuff on the DVD, you would have to be a fool not to buy the DVD version!!!

Summary: An event to be remembered...FOREVER!
Review: I just got my WM XX DVD today, and while I have not watched it yet, I can say that this is the best packaged DVD that the WWE has ever made. I won't take the time to bog you down with match by match ratings of all the matches. I actually was in NYC for this event and as a fan that has always wanted to see wrestling in MSG, this was a dream come true. Wrestlemania XX, lives up to the hype. For me personally it was everything a "Mania" is supposed to be. I have been a devout fan of the WWE since WM 2. I thought this event was very strong. The production was great and the celibration of 20 years of this event was truly amazing to behold. From the beginning for me, it was very emotional. Watching clips of past WM's was unbelievable. As I thought about some of my favorite matches over the years. While many are quick to site wrestling's "fakeness" I thought to myself, how these moments made me feel as a fan that really believes in what Vince and Co. does. I am one of the people that "Get's it"! What can be said about the event that has not already been said. The expectations were very high for a showcase of this magnitude, and it did not disapoint. From the opening match with John Cena winning the US Title, to the incredible atheletic displays during both of the Heavyweight Title matches, this was truly an AWESOME show. It simply goes without saying, if you are a fan of the WWE this is one DVD that you must have in your collection. The term "Special Edition" gets thrown around a lot in the DVD world. I can say that this truly is a Special Edition and one that derserves that title. I think it's awesome that the "Mania of Wrestling" Documentary and the "WM's 10 Greatest Matches" are both featured. Truly and incredible collection. There is always much speculation about whether Vince listens to the fans or not, and I do not know if he does or does not, but one thing is for sure. Vince and the WWE really knew what they were doing when they put this collection together. WWE fans enjoy!
